Excellent Customer Service and Valuable Free Training

I've had a great experience with My Money Matters. Their customer service team is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The free training tools they provide are also excellent – informative, easy to follow, and genuinely interesting. They've helped me improve my understanding of personal finance and make more informed decisions. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and resolved my problem

I had a query on how to adjust my workplace AVC. Katie was very helpful in advising me how to login and where to adjust the amount. When I further contacted her to confirm I was in the correct area, she offered to adjust the amount for me which she did. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Great service from Nirin

I originally phoned for some general information and spoke to Nirin, he was really knowledgeable and super helpful. He guided me through information and support available, without it being too long winded or overly complicated. He even arranged a 1 to 1 with someone who can help me further. Loved his knowledge and easy helpful style without loads of phaf !

Pension / AVC advice

The information that I was looking for regarding my contributions to my pension Nirin was able to provide and assist with that and other queries and he was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent support from Sandra at MMM

I used the 'text chat' with Sandra today, for some questions regarding an AVC that I have recently taken out. My experience was nothing but positive. I got immediate assistance. Sandra was professional, friendly and supportive. As importantly Sandra was knowledgeable, and able to 'solve' my questions expeditiously. I would 100% recommend a SCAVC with My Money Matters to anyone.. the customer service, webinars, available information and support are exemplary.
