Sandra was helpful

Sandra was helpful, efficient and knowledgeable and answered my questions swiftly and with grace. Sandra was very helpful with booking 1-1 with pensions. I explained i was having issues with setting password and i emailed team for support. Sandra sent email i can reset my password which i tried. I emailed requested for another password reset response was quick. I still need to rest my password. Sandra was patient and supportive.

These webinars are usually very informative, but I didn't really get much from this one (Feeling financial stress in Silence). It only lasted 10 minutes, so although signposted to a few sites, not a lot of info discussed in detail.
