Rubbish service

Ordered an item on Thursday and paid for next day delivery - it arrived on `Monday late afternoon! Rang on Friday to be told it would be the next day - it was 3 days later! No apology - they refunded the postage as though that would solve the problem! I paid for next day delivery because I needed it the next day doh!

First class service and products

As usual, my order was delivered before the time requested and I got overnight delivery instead of 2-3 day wait. The product was first class also as usual and I have been recommending My Motor World to others in my circle. Thank you!!!!!

SCAM ALERT
If you return your parts without a return address they refuse to accept. This means parts are sent to Royal Mail in Belfast and are lost forever.
You never get a refund.
Mine was packaged to perfection. They refused delivery.

We would like to clarify that all returns must be sent to the returns address provided along with a valid Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the parcel. Once a return is delivered to our warehouse, it is checked in and then processed for refund in line with our returns policy.

If a parcel has been sent using an incorrect address, without a returns reference, or if tracking shows it has not been delivered to our warehouse, we’re unable to process a refund as the goods have not been received.

We don’t refuse returns that are correctly sent to the provided address with the required details. If you have a tracking number showing delivery to our returns facility, please share it with our team so we can investigate further and assist you.

Arrived two days late after paying for next-day delivery ... Packaging was poor. Items inside with slight damage.
The company accepted complaints and refunded postage, and apologised.

Poor service

First time ordering from company . The packaging for second passage was horrendous and broken . The first package was later than said and no tracking for second par el although it was next day delivery . Im not impressed . I called several times and had no reply by email . Absolutely shocking . Not impressed

Great service: Above and Beyond

I ordered a car battery from My Motor World.
The order was acknowledged by email immediately.
Soon after I received an email apologising the one I ordered was out of stock.
They offered to provide a more expensive battery instead without extra cost.
The battery arrived on time and was an excellent service.
The battery is doing a fine job in my car.
I am a happy customer.

Hycote Grey Plastic Primer

I was looking for a supplier of Hycote Grey Plastic Primer, now used by many plastic modellers since Halfords (bizarrely) stopped supplying their own grey plastic primer. My Motor World was by far the best online price, and the service is second to none. Highly recommended.
