Excellent service friendly staff, fast delivery
I ordered £46 worth of parts on the 28/1/26 for next day delivery I had a mechanic booked for the Saturday the parts never come on the 29/1/26 or the 30/1/26 was promised they would be delivered on the Friday no delivery still had to pay mechanic so got parts from europarts asked for a refund every day and get lied to every day saying it’s been issued and it has not it is now 12/2/26 still no refund I’m at the point where I will report this as fraud

STATED A STARTER MOTOR WOULD FIT ON THE WEBSITE, IT DIDNT. When I told the company this they told me it was my responsibility to get the item returned to them &ni had to cover postage costs. Reluctantly I sent the parcel via tracked delivery. The company are now claiming they have received NO return & are refusing to cooperate.

Bought wiper blades, passenger side was too long. Tried to return but wouldn’t cover the postage. All others advertised for my car were the same length and so wouldn’t fit. When brought to their attention, weren’t interested. Avoid them

Website easy to navigate - ordered new wiper blades 4pm yesterday & arrived 2pm today. Great service.
Only niggle was no free postage available even though I was in no rush for delivery and despite earlier indications it would be free . The cheapest Postage option added 15% to the cost of the product which is fine if urgent - not so if you’re happy to wait. Interesting to see if my next order suffers the same mandatory increase!
Even 1 star is 1 star to many ..whoever remi is certainly is not helping this company.
I purchased some bmw sapphire black metallic paint before Christmas.
Unfortunately this isn't what my order showed after checking out .
I emailed the company and pointed out that what they were sending wasnt what I added to my basket and wasnt what I paid for and asked them to send the correct product .. long story cut short .the dodnt change it didn't send the correct product and after so many emails to remi at this joke of a company im still left with the wrong product and no refund ..
I give up .keep my money .youve earnt yourself another great review 👏

Ordered brake pads
Receive 2 boxes with the security seals already broken
hold up a pad to the calliper and it has the wrong end shape so they look like they wont fit,
ask to return, no problem, send them back.. no refund.. enquire about return
suddenly they say they have inspected the items and that they are sending them back to me as they have already been fitted..
how is this even possible when they are the wrong part. I literally could not fit them and I only touched one pad that only came in contact with my gloved hand.
“Remi” and the like at this company are absolutely deplorable and devious

Dear Motor World Customer Service,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the shipping method used for my recent order.
At the time of purchase, the order confirmation clearly showed the Shipping Method as “FREE – Next Day < MEMBER PERK!”. Based on this information, I reasonably expected the item to be delivered using a next-day delivery service.
However, I later found that the parcel was delivered via DX, and the delivery was delayed, which does not align with a next-day delivery service. This is both confusing and disappointing, as it does not match the shipping option advertised at checkout.
Could you please clarify:
Why DX was used instead of a next-day delivery service, and
Why the delivery did not meet the advertised “Next Day” timeframe?
I would appreciate your explanation and confirmation of whether any compensation, refund, or corrective action will be provided due to this discrepancy.
I look forward to your prompt response.

Sadly the delivery left a lot to be desired...even though I was home when the item was delivered, the courier (Evri) didn't knock on the door or ring the doorbell, the item was literally rammed through the letter box which damaged the wrapping but thankfully not the item.
Will probably use My Motor World again but will be cautious owing to the delivery experience.

The service for my motor world is good but they need to sort out the courier company the use DHL as their service is down grading
I'm not totally sure what I need the site tells me if it's the right ones or not

I ordered parts using my Car Registration. Unfortunately the wrong items were sent and didn't fit my car at all. I had to go through the process if returning items so sent them recorded delivery as advised at my own cost and here I am 3 weeks later with still no refund or anyone at customer services able to tell me if the parts have been received even though I got notified the day after sending the parts back they had been delivered. Customer service is atrocious when you want to send something back.
Safe to say i will not be using or recommending this company ever again.
