Fast delivery. But wrong pats sent, had to pay return postage with tracking, taken two month of constant emails to get refund, finally received email but always an excuse as why they hadn’t actioned repayment. Prob better to use local car parts store for very little extra in price

I needed some fuel injectors in a hurry for my ancient Peugeot 206. They were a very competitive price and I chose the free DHL delivery. They arrived by 12.00 the next day. As described and well packaged. Excellent service.

My experience with MyMotorWorld.com has been one of the worst examples of incompetence and poor customer service I have ever dealt with. And £130 down the drain.
I was supplied incorrect parts. They were never fitted, installed, or even offered up to a vehicle. They were removed from the box purely to visually confirm they were wrong, which is the only way a customer can reasonably check suitability. Despite this, the company repeatedly claimed there were signs of attempted fitment, without providing any evidence and while completely ignoring clear explanations.
The parts arrived in battered boxes with broken security seals and very poor internal protection. The brake pads were not individually wrapped, meaning they could easily rub against each other in transit. Any marks present were far more likely caused by inadequate packaging and transport, yet this was dismissed outright and the blame was immediately placed on me.
The aftersales process was chaotic and contradictory. Emails ignored what I had actually said and simply repeated company policy over and over again. There was no attempt to properly review the facts or apply any common sense. At one point, I was told a gesture of goodwill would be offered to cover return costs, only for this to later be withdrawn with no explanation. That alone shows the case was never properly reviewed, despite claims that it had been escalated to management.
Communication from Remi in particular was dismissive, robotic, and showed no real effort to understand the situation. Responses were repetitive and unhelpful, offering no genuine engagement or resolution. I was even told to submit a written complaint by post after already going through a long complaints process entirely in writing, which felt like an attempt to shut the issue down rather than address it.
To make matters worse, I was sent responses referring to actions that had already happened, such as arranging returns when the parts had already been sent back to me. This level of disorganisation and lack of awareness is unacceptable for any business.
After reading other reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated incident. Many customers report the same pattern of incorrect parts, refusal of refunds, vague claims of used items, and dismissive customer service. This appears to be a recurring issue rather than a one off mistake.
I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think very carefully. If something goes wrong, do not expect fair treatment or a competent review of your case. Based on my experience, this company relies on rigid policy, poor communication, and customer exhaustion rather than resolution.
I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Do not listen to the slop they put back to me, because it is completely disconnected from what actually happened.

I ordered a part which arrived 4 days late so we no longer needed it, the box was opened in error by my wife, the item never left the box was resealed and sent back, they won't give me my refund despite item being unused, unfitted and in original packaging as per the returns picy, refusing to escalate my complaint. Your response is disingenuous, the part was unused unfitted and in original packaging as per your returns policy, despite this you continue to state it has been handled this is not part of your policy, is there a trade body I can complain to.

Remi and his colleagues went above and beyond to help me out following an exhaust sensor not having a specific wire clip to attach to my son’s Vauxhall insignia like the genuine part.
They provided immediate options and arranged for the collection and return of the part which was processed really quickly.
I will certainly look to use my motoring world I. The future and want to thank everyone for there help.
Excellent service friendly staff, fast delivery
I ordered £46 worth of parts on the 28/1/26 for next day delivery I had a mechanic booked for the Saturday the parts never come on the 29/1/26 or the 30/1/26 was promised they would be delivered on the Friday no delivery still had to pay mechanic so got parts from europarts asked for a refund every day and get lied to every day saying it’s been issued and it has not it is now 12/2/26 still no refund I’m at the point where I will report this as fraud

STATED A STARTER MOTOR WOULD FIT ON THE WEBSITE, IT DIDNT. When I told the company this they told me it was my responsibility to get the item returned to them &ni had to cover postage costs. Reluctantly I sent the parcel via tracked delivery. The company are now claiming they have received NO return & are refusing to cooperate.

Bought wiper blades, passenger side was too long. Tried to return but wouldn’t cover the postage. All others advertised for my car were the same length and so wouldn’t fit. When brought to their attention, weren’t interested. Avoid them
