I'd give it zero stars - totally predatory
I'd give it zero stars if I could. It's totally useless and predatory. USPS needs to get rid of this now. There is nothing useful about it at all. I can't actually figure out what it does. I need to change my address because we moved. The letter from USPS says the quickest way to do that is it use this site. Okay - I'm busy, I'm moving, right. So I use it. They charge me 1.10 then send me an email that says "go to the post office"
Totally predatory. I already went to the post office now I have to go back again for some unknown reason. And this website did absolutely nothing for me to change my address.
Would give it zero stars if I could
Would give it zero stars if I could. This is one of the worst experiences I have come across. It's straight up predatory. USPS needs to cancel this partnership as soon as possible. You cannot avoid giving them your data since they are holding your CHANGE OF ADDRESS as effectively collateral to fill out their form. It's utterly insane. Even worse, they'll put this in front of the VOTER REGISTRATION CHANGE. I mean this feels unconstitutional at worse. Absolutely horrifying.
Bad experience with Move.com & usps
My husband and I each submitted the form to temporarily forward our mail using the website the usps requires: mymove.com
There was no communication between the handling of the online forms and our local post office. I had to call multiple times to get it started and to have it end on the requested dates. The package of medication went to a locker and again multiple calls were needed to get that forwarded. The package finally came quite damaged. We never received our magazines.
I was told later that it’s best to go to the local PO to fill out and submit the forms.
Bad experience overall!
SCAM
SCAM. Tried to update my voter registration through the USPS website and all it did was try to get me to sign up with their ad sponsors.
Has Contract with USPS but its a scam
Mymove is a scam but somehow has a contract with USPS for change of address. Will not allow DO NOT SELL MY INFORMATION page to be completed, fails with zip code block.
Also does not permit zero selection of third party offers
Scam Website DO NOT USE
Scam Website.
The email I got was from USPS.gov as well. I really hope USPS is not partnered with these crooks
Trust pilot, you have 1, 5 star review. Please remove it as this website is a fraudulent site.
Predatory, unethical business
Redirected here after changing address with USPS, told I could update voter registration on their website. The site forces you to sign up for promotions to continue, gives your personal information away to advertisers, and tries to make you change internet service providers. Absolute hack of a company/website. Highly predatory business tactics. Should be reported to BBB and relationship with USPS terminated.
Just Google "voter registration [your state]" instead
I was sent to MyMove by the USPS, which claimed it would let me update my voter registration when moving. MyMove then refused to let me proceed until I signed up for spam from their advertising partners. (I did not sign up.)
Dark patterns forcing you to select…
Dark patterns forcing you to select random ads to send to your new address. Voter registration? Oh sure, just print out these forms when you're done.
0 service, all trash. Exclusive contract with usps means this whole company is a grift. Burn it down
If there was an option to give a zero
If there was an option to give a zero, this is the rating this company would receive.
My printers and a floor mirror were shattered in addition to two expensive area rugs that "turned up missing". They sent me forms to be notorized for this claim of $100 only. I considered consulting an attorney as the moving company was horrible as well. The moving company promises that they would reimburse me but that did not happen.
CAUTION! DATA BREACH RISK!!!
MyMove collects your personal data and SELLS and/or SHARES it with third party advertisers!!!! BEWARE! DO NOT USE unless you want your name, address, birthdate, etc. SOLD or SHARED to known and/or unknown parties! SHAME on the US Postal Service for partnering with this company. When you use certain USPS services online you are FORCED into using MyMove. Don't fall for it! AVOID!!!
Never trust these kinds of emails/messages!
Never trust these kinds of emails or messages! This one almost had me before I checked (the right way) if I was eligible. I believe there's a super easy way to do it on Facebook, actually. I was registered with no problems. Email was a total scam, but a believable one which is worse. I'm glad I came here to read the reviews! Thanks to all who made one.

They charged me $99.95 for changing the address. I will dispute it with my bank once it’s cleared. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS SITE.
Horrible and a total scam
Horrible and a total scam. You have to choose coupons and an internet service, not register to vote. They gave my info to other companies without my consent. Total scam. Stay away!
Voter registration update is a scam
Voter registration update is a scam. After completing the address information, the site give an error and nothing is accomplished other than to give away your information.
Go in person and register to vote
Tried using the voter registration to complete my move online. I noticed they conveniently didn’t have my address as I tried to manually enter the information. A bunch of addresses in heavily red voting districts came up, such as TX, Az, Tn.
Also my mymove.com is owned by “Red Ventures LLC” this is not a coincidence.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - NEVER CLICK - SCAM
I thought it would be easy to update voter info, but once I clicked out from USPS, it was very clear that MYMOVE is a scam. FURTHERMORE: I tried to access my data via their Privacy Portal, which then requested my SSN and Birthday to “confirm my identity” ??? I never provided this information to begin with, not even to USPS. I hope to hear back as to why this information is required.
Scammers "trick f@ck" sales tactic!
%100 SCAM
%100 SCAM
They try and force you into buying crap and in the end do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING useful
USPS Sponsored Scam
Literally a scam site sponsored by the USPS.
They will sell your information. If you are tricked into giving your payment info they will charge you with hidden fees and potentially reoccurring ones.
