Emanuele, you ordered your customized logo golf balls on 4/23. We finished and shipped them for you only 12 hours after your order.
On 4/26 UPS tried to deliver your package to your provided shipping address. There was no one there for the UPS messenger to meet. After that, your package was brought to the next pickup point. According to the proof of delivery, the package was picked up there on 4/28. Therefore, we can not understand your negative review.
We as a company, which had executed and shipped your order in the fastest possible way, unfortunately, have no influence on the shipping service providers.

I got the Wizard Pro balls from my golf buddy for my birthday and have now played 72 holes. Top balls. No scuffing, and excellent performance. I usually play Pro V1 or TP5 and will order the much less expensive Mynt balls starting today. Thanks, guys. A new refreshing brand.

They missed the original delivery date
They missed the original delivery date. Cant trace the parcel except will deliver ASAP. URS helpline cant help told me to contact seller ( Germany as far as I know- I dont think so.) WHEN WILL YOU DELIVER PLEASE ??

No problem with the purchase but...
No problem with the purchase at all. My big concern is about the quality of the balls itself. They are very hard for a three piece golf ball. I've played Srixon QStar and they are much softer feeling. If you write the word "TOUR" in a ball, you should deliver a much softer feeling ball.
Now I will try to re-sell or give the balls to someone else.
