Terrible customer service. They ignore messages until you leave a bad rating. I bought baby formula for $500. They offered me to add a gift for an extra $5. I accidentally paid for two gifts but thought it might be interesting to see what I get. Other stores offer gifts for free. Maybe it would be something really nice. And you know what I got as a gift? Nothing.

I wrote to customer service, and they only replied after I gave them a one-star rating. They apologized and promised to send my gifts with the next order. I placed another order for $300 and sent them the order number. They said the gifts were added. And you know what I got? Again, nothing. This isn’t even funny. I think it’s marketing—making you place more orders just to get a gift. And now they are ignoring my emails again. I won’t delete this review anytime soon.

I live in canada and this higher quality formula isnt available here. Ive ordered this for both of my babies and they are both healthy and happy. Ive had to panick order (mom brain) and myorganicformula delivers so fast, it got from the Netherlands to Canada in 2 days! Highly recommend this company for all your babies needs.

I have ordered HiPP German Stage 2 Goat Milk Formula (400 gr.) by what I have received is a box of HiPP German PRE Goat Milk Formula (400 gr.)

I am going to travel next week and I have sent multiple emails and no one reached out to me to fix the situation.

The packages arrived hot and were not stored securely during delivery and possibly in the warehouse.Improper charging or improper connection scientifically damages components by up to 60%.

I was hesitant because I hadn’t heard of this company before. However I tried it out and am so happy I did!! They had a promo going which was great. My only issue is that there was a glitch where I wanted a 5-pack but in the cart it would show up as 10. So odd! I cleared my cookies and it ended up working eventually. Other than that 5 stars and will be shopping again!

This may be one of the better options available today. But the greatest flaw lies in the use of vegetables and seed oils as a source of omega fatty acids. Vegetables and seeds are not proper human food — let alone suitable for infants and children. Plant oils are unstable, inflammatory, and act as toxins in the body. What belongs in infant nutrition are animal-based fats and proteins. These are natural, stable, and fully bioavailable. They nourish growth instead of disrupting it, and they support development in the way the human body is designed to thrive. But the hope is that future generations will be given truly healthy, animal-based options for infants: formulas free from plant poisons, built instead on the foods that have always sustained human life. But thanks for giving us this product

I ordered formula for my baby 2 months before she was born because she could have possibly been born early because IGR, thankfully she was born on time at 40 weeks. But now that I have gone to use my formula it expires next week….the product has a shelf life of 12-18 months.

I messaged my organic formula and they let me know that the date of expiration for liquid formula is shorter and offered me a solution.
I appreciate their customer service.
