I ordered the goat formula to supplement breastfeeding. And my LO has been doing well.

The original shipment missed one can of the order. After connecting with them, they immediately not only provided the can but provided some extra items in good faith. Very happy with their customer service as well as the product.

Absolutely love the variety of formulas provided, as well as the test they give you to determine which formula is best for your baby. My little one is allergic to regular formulas, even the hypoallergenic ones. We tried the goats milk formula HIPP provided and it is fantastic. My baby had no allergic reaction to it and we don't have to worry about any unsafe ingredients used.
I also live in Canada, and I received my order in 3 days. I was extremely surprised with how fast shipping from HIPP is.

Happy with the formula for my baby with sensitivities. Also very impressed with how quick the shipment came, as I live in western Canada.

We received our overseas shipment of Kendamil Goat Formula and noted 6 of 12 cans had dents in the them. We did not want to feed our newborn with potentially unsafe formula so we reach out to customer service.

The team at Organic Formula was very responsive and understanding, overall provided excellent customer service. They agreed to resend new cans to replace the dented cans we received. Not only did we receive the new (un-dented) cans within short-order, we also received a little gift from the team for the inconvenience caused. My wife and I appreciate the team at Organic Formula, especially Priscila to whom I was corresponding with. Thank you!

My experience with My Organic Formula has been alot more convenient and easy than I had expected it would be!
We are using the HIPP goats milk formula, my baby wasn't keeping much of her food down and she was always in pain when we were buying what was on shelves in our city. (We don't have goats milk formula here) We have noticed a huge change in her! She's a much happier baby! 5 stars!!
