They cancelled part of my order after payment back in March 2026. Failed to refund the deleted items.
Failed to deliver the remaining items, except for 2 in mid June 2026. Would not offer refund. They owe me $62.00 but have made no attempt to repay. Buyer beware! Never again!

Avoid this company. After ordering a perfume on 1st Feb, I am still waiting nearly 5 months later. I have been in touch repeatedly over this time. After around 4 months of no response, they finally replied and have been ridiculous to deal with. They have admitted they cannot source my product yet will not provide a refund. They keep delaying, making me send more emails to waste my time. They insist on offering a discount on a different product, despite me repeatedly saying I will not be buying from this site and need a refund. It honestly feels like a joke at this point but I am too furious to laugh. I will now be lodging official complaints to governing bodies.

Put in an order in February. Was advised that some of the order was not available so had to wait. Reached out again in May to be told some samples were not available so I ordered something different only to find they were not available. In the end ordered something else. Finally they were delivered but the balance of the order still has not come. Have become frustrated
Solving a problem
So - through all the transport troubles, My Perfume Shop was able to rectify a problem and deliver on their promises.
The customer service officer, Anne was very helpful, understood the issue and fixed it.

Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company. Ordered a number of items. Once the order was placed, I got an email saying the items were "pre-orders" - this was the first I'd heard of that as nothing was said on the website. The items are woefully overdue. My request for a refund has been ignored even though they offer a refund in these circumstances. Won't be buying from them again.

Was told my items would be posted 2-3 days after 25 June. That did not happen.
Finally received a refund after a lot more back and forth and me advising i'd lodge a dispute with my bank.
Worryingly, one item was removed from my order. I queried this with the business and they advised there was "no availability on the wholesale market". But that item is still listed for sale on their website with no mention of its unavailability.
It bothers me they have items listed for sale even though they know they cannot get stock
I would be very wary of this business. It all seems very, very shady to me.

I placed the order and was never told my order was a pre ordered item. I only waited 3 weeks for delivery the website stated in stock shipped from Sydney. Then I asked to change address prior to shipment contact us said email or WhatsApp I went on WhatsApp only to be told to email.
Email replies took 3 days for a reply. Bad customer service I will never order from this company again

Take the $$$ then make excuses - won't refund or ship goods.

Ordered two samples on the 28th, May. They don't inform on the website if the samples are available to be shipped or if they are pre-orders. Guess what? Mine were both pre-orders, that means a huge delay. I received automatic e-mails, and lots of excuses. Until someone from customer service offered the option to swap the samples. I decided to do it, so at least I could get something. Nothing was confirmed about the change, and now they want me to wait some extra time to get the original one that I have ordered. I DON'T EVEN WANT THE SAMPLES THAT I CHOSE ANYMORE! What a joke!
