All real and amazing quality colognes, shipping does take awhile but it’s all worth it

My Perfume Shop gives great descriptions of their products and delivery times. Prices are pretty good also! A good online shopping experience.

I love this website! It has every luxury and premium perfume under the Sun.

Recently I purchased a range of perfume samples and small vials to try to find a perfume that I'd never tried before and could fall in love with. Well among my bundle of goodies I found a perfume that lights up my world. It's called Queen of Silk by Creed and I'm so impressed. It's a totally feminine perfume that is exotic and lingering, and a little old fashioned which suits me so well. Other perfumes fade away ... but this one lingers softly. So far I've tried four from my collection and am excited to think I might find another to fall in love with. But QoS will be hard to beat.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Do NOT buy. Shop somewhere else. They do not deliver on time, if at all. They do not refund. They just keep replying with AI responses.

This company is a complete scam.

SCAMMERS! I placed my order 2 months ago, they’re giving me BS excuses saying it was a “pre-order” which is was not, they have told me multiple times “it’ll be in the syd warehouse in a couple of days” this was all WEEKS AGO. I have requested a refund and now they’re completely ignoring me after 4 more days. They lied and said it was pre order and I would have been told at the checkout, I went through the checkout procedure again and there was no warning. They are straight up lying and have taken my money!!!!!

Delivery time was disgusting. Communication was terrible.
Ordered 22nd Dec received 15th june.
Had to ask for update multiple times to finally get told it would ship in days. Just for me to chase up again (multiple times) and get a "we understand your frustration and we are doing everything we can " month later I'd ask for an update just to be lied to again. Nearly raised a disputed transaction to get money back. But my perfumes did eventually arrive . With 2 free samples. I've now had more emails from them asking me for a review and promise of a $500 gift card if i leave a 5 star review..... i really don't understand how they could be so oblivious...

Great communication about shipping for preorder. The product is excellent. Would buy from them again

The fragrance are good and the smell is lovely and the prices are very good and the bottle you get are cute and the perfume go a long way

Returned a bottle that didn,t suit me. The refund took about a week to process

Price was fair. shipping was included, and it arrived quickly. Everything went smoothly.

Over all communication with my perfume shop australia was great, very prompt (Aubery) especially very courteous and professional.
If you are after middle eastern fragrances, be prepared for long waits across australia given the demands (especially Rasasi).

AUBERY was particularly upfront and honest about the delays.

The products were 100%authentic.

Indefinite delays, false advertising, knowingly advertising delivery timeframes that they are unlikely to meet (e.g. was promised x3 weeks maximum delivery time, have been waiting roughly x7 weeks and counting). Very difficult to communicate with them/query them, customer service leaves much to be desired (poor communicators/ignore customer queries)

I received my purfume which I waited 3 weeks for I complained to the company the fragrance had no smell he told me I am garbage not his purfume and told me not to shop with him again wow what a reply

Works for me. And it's the only place I've found it.

I returned an item I bought without looking at it and it didn't fit me. The money was refunded within a week. They let me down.

The fragrance a articles make good reading for novices. I got a little education on the progression of notes.

Delays and deceptive conduct.
They cancelled part of my order after payment back in March 2026. Failed to refund the deleted items.
Failed to deliver the remaining items, except for 2 in mid June 2026. Would not offer refund. They owe me $62.00 but have made no attempt to repay. Buyer beware! Never again!

It was a good experience keeping me in loop about the delivery and stating that they receive stock weekly made me trust to shop with them. I got the delivery earlier than anticipated.
