Garbage scammers, the money they scammed me for will definitely not be left as is, the price you will pay will be a lot higher!

Avoid!!!! Sam and Johnny from the sales team will take your money and reply to your emails and calls in no time. After this you will hear nothing from them. I should receive my hoodies 3 weeks ago and still waiting. No response from the sales team. I've requested a full refund but so far I have no confirmation regarding delivery or refund. Go anywhere else but AVOID them!!

awful customer service, i paid for express shipping and delivery (extra £8) and my package came 2 months after i ordered it, it was a leaving gift for a friend and it went to waste once it finally arrived
i even emailed them but no response

Ordered with express and stated 3-4 days ordered on 23rd April for work job on Tuesday - and still nothing. No one replies and have taken the money for all staff tips and no tips or communication

I placed an order for a custom hoodie on the 8/11/23 with the standard 5-day shipping. 2 weeks later and I received no updates from the company.

I had to follow up twice by email, call them, and send them a question through their web chat, before I finally got a response.

I eventually was told that it would be shipped out that same day and that I would receive a tracking number via email.

Needless to say, I never received that email. However, the hoodie was delivered.

Unfortunately, the print quality was subpar and due to a bias in the hoodie, the pocket bulged on one side, also making the print look out of place.

I reached out to the company straight away letting them know that I'd like to return the hoodie, only for them (Johnny Turner) to tell me they couldn't see a problem and that they wouldn't refund me for the faulty hoodie.

I replied going into further detail and providing photos, to which I have received no response.

I followed up twice afterwards and not even an acknowledgement from the company.

I am extremely disappointed by the terrible customer service and quality from this company.

I’m not quite sure whether to give 4 or 5 stars? The only reason I would give a 4 star is because of what was probably an under staffing? and my order arriving a little later than expected?
But.
I’m giving them a 5 because although my order needed chasing up for what ever reason. Like the designed printed finished items are stunning.
Big designs too, as well as lettering.

No doubt they have printed the images I provided them with, really well.

I have used this company in the past I would say more than 5 times now for various t shirts and hoodies so they must be doing something right for me to keep coming back.

I ordered through this web address so it’s here I will leave my review, although I believe they have a .com and potentially another shop or link? And then an actual physical shop down by the sea somewhere?

(Note to customers: so very important to provide a crisp high resolution image. I believe the crude expression is something along the lines of, “you can’t polish a t*rd.” (Trustpilot won’t let me add the “u” in terd)
Basically going back to what I said earlier about them printing the images I provided really well.

As the level of detail on their machines so realistic. You give them good material to work with and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Give them a blown up out of focus image and that’s what gets printed. And printed really well. So it’s up to you how you want your items to end up people!
