After a beginning hiccup Felix was able to solve the problem and come to a happy conclusion.

Ordered over three months ago, never received the order or the refund. Would not recommend, SCAM

Placed an order for a t-shirt with my own personal design. Paid extra for a delivery in time for Christmas. On the day it was due, I got an email from PayPal that my order had been cancelled due to "offensive content" and a refund is expected.
Nobody from the company informed me about the cancellation, no explanation why it was cancelled or what it was they decided was too offensive for their delicate sensibilities.
The design I sent had no swearing or nudity, just a stenciled mustache and hairline of the Führer with the words "Did I leave the gas on?".

No sense of humour, no customer service. Possibly wearers of silly little hats.

Horrendous poor quality, and they won't refund you either!! I have reported them to fraud! As there from china and posing under a. Com website as in posing to be UK / UK based.

To be fair the clothing arrived in reasonable time. Not quick but within expected.

The issue is quality. The shirts are so thin you can see straight through them and the hoodies stitching is unravelling after two uses.

This company have ignored my attempts to contact them with the live chat saying they'll get someone to look, before disappearing again.

Really poor customer service and not great products either.

The true scammers, not sure how they're still not shut down. The took the payment, missed the deadline and sent only partial items completely different from what I ordered and missing half of my item. They use third-party number that answers on their behalf but never return the call

Had to have a very quick turn around for a birthday gift of one back and front printed tee.

Sent the designs off tee shirt came within the four day turn around. High quality print and heavyweight tee.

Can’t recommend them enough tbh.

I'll keep the original review up here, but will preface it by saying now that they have reprinted the shirts and they look amazing. Took a while to get hold of to do the reprint but genuinely couldn't be happier.

Unlike other folk my order actually turned up, super-quick, and on time. It was pretty painless to bring together, easy process, and they were quite responsive on the chat.

But as soon as I received the orders, the t-shirts are laughably poor quality. Really not very good at all. The design is faded, the t-shirts are of mixed quality. I've called 3-4 times and been told I'll get a call back but they never did, I've emailed in 3 different times and haven't had a response. the chatbot remains unmanned conveniently after I purchased - I needed these for this week and this is by far the worst experience I've had with any customer t-shirt company.

Edit: Received an email. Awaiting a reprint. Will update once received.

Avoid!!!! Sam and Johnny from the sales team will take your money and reply to your emails and calls in no time. After this you will hear nothing from them. I should receive my hoodies 3 weeks ago and still waiting. No response from the sales team. I've requested a full refund but so far I have no confirmation regarding delivery or refund. Go anywhere else but AVOID them!!

Ordered a hoodie with printing on front and back. Front was perfect (hence the two stars).

However, the placement of the back print was ridiculous. The print actually started half way down the back; I've never seen that before in my life, and I wear a LOT of hoodies with back prints. I emailed the company and got the response that they always place back prints in that position, and wouldn't offer an exchange (which is what I wanted, rather than a refund).

I then sent them a photo showing a comparison between the placement of the back print on this hoodie vs a number of others I own. It's two days later and I've heard nothing further.

Will not be using again.

Ordered a tshirt, didn’t arrive. Contacted the company and no shirt arrived after that. Asked for refund and was ignored. Avoid. Company is a total scam.

I placed an order on 18th September, and almost 3 months later I am yet to receive it. I've emailed the contact I ordered through, Johnny Turner, multiple times and have been ignored. He replies quickly when you want to place an order though! I've also rang the customer service number multiple times to be met by the same person telling me they will 'pass my message on' but apparently can't check the status of the order themselves. I will have to claim the money back through the bank as it doesn't look like I'm getting my order or a refund any time soon! Avoid.

Ordered personalised tshirt for next day delivery.

I must have just missed cut off but the order was duly processes, only for one item but treated like a Million dollar company.
Tshirt quality and printing (despite me worrying it's not professional picture) is top notch! Cannot wait to give to my daughter.

Item is for daighters bday so delivery on time was super important.

Terrible Service from this company, T-shirt quality was ok, but the printing quality and customer service was poor at best, they also missed half the items they were supposed to be printing, and after trying to contact them they never answer the phone, don't come back to you, and after many emails I'm getting nothing back. Think its a scam business unfortunately

I also wish I had read these reviews first. What an awful company. Will be contacting trading standards. Ordered a branded sweatshirt and t-shirt for my new business and selected the 7-10 day postage. 20 days has passed, no one will answer an email, the phone service is just an answering service, no goods, no explanation, no communication. Really poor.

DO NOT USE I ordered T shirts for a party which have not arrived. You can only get through to a holding service on the phone who say they can’t tell you any update on orders. They never call you back. I am not confident that my T shirts will ever turn up and if they do it will be after the party. STAY AWAY from this company at all costs

Shocking communication said there to busy so had to cancel my order

I ordered 4 hoodies from this company on 10 Jun and paid extra for express delivery. I have not received my order, I have emailed and no reply, I called and was told they couldn’t look up the status of my order, he’d have to leave a message for someone to call me back. That never happened. The frustrating thing is I ordered a hoodie from them a few years ago and it was great, so I didn’t think to check the reviews. I wish I had read them as I wouldn’t have gone near them.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. The quality of the product is good when it finally arrives, but the express delivery is definitely not worth paying for because it arrives a week late and the customer service is absolutely shocking. I've tried to contact them a number of times and have been completely ghosted on messages and emails. No way to run a business.

Needed some branded apparel as self employed. Ordered and paid for express delivery (3-4 days). No items 15 days later. No response after chasing. No contact at all from company, only a remote call handler that could do nothing other than take details. DO NOT USE. YOU WILL BE LET DOWN.
