( Updated ) Too hasty, broken furniture, felt careless
Update: Support reached out and offered a reimbursement relative to my experience. I think it was quite fair, actually. I still would be hesitant to use them again given the actual service quality itself, but their support appeasement department is great.
Original review: It was fast, and not too expensive (though, not cheap) which was nice. But they went TOO fast and broke my desk drawers, put my bedframe back together poorly and it literally fell apart when I went to sleep, put a dent in the wall at my new apartment while bringing new furniture in, and overall did not at all make me feel like they cared about my belongings. I will use a different service for my next move.

Would not recommend, though they ultimately refunded me
UPDATE: Following this review and continued communication with the company, they ultimately issued me a full refund. I appreciate that they took responsibility financially and resolved that portion of the situation. I am updating my review to reflect that outcome.
That said, the refund does not change the experience that led me to write this review — including the issues during the move, the treatment I experienced from staff, and the condition in which my furniture was returned from storage. I’m therefore leaving the original review below so that it accurately reflects my experience at the time, while also acknowledging that the company ultimately provided a full refund.
I chose this company because they explicitly market themselves as a guaranteed flat-rate service, but instead, they subjected me to a high-stress nightmare defined by logistical failures, active hostility, and property damage. The nightmare began when they unilaterally changed my afternoon arrival window with less than 24 hours' notice while I was offline, catching me completely unprepared. After sales explicitly promised that minor on-site inventory changes would be a seamless formality, the crew halted the move to nickel-and-dime me piece-by-piece, driving my bill past the flat-rate guarantee. When this chaos left me panicking and crying, the customer service representative gaslit me, snapping that "nothing was confusing" and patronizing my emotional state. To make matters worse, the crew flatly refused to take roughly 30% of my things. They stood by their professional dollies and watched my friend and me spend two grueling hours manually dragging all of those remaining heavy bags and items into our cars. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional to leave a young woman to struggle through that heavy lifting entirely on her own while they just watched. After I finally handed my keys back to management and left, they called panicking because they had lost my furniture's structural screws—and actually demanded I turn around to search a vacant apartment I no longer had legal access to.
Things went from bad to worse when my belongings were finally delivered from their storage facility. My TV console arrived completely coated in mold, which was a major safety hazard because I am highly allergic. My mother had to immediately sanitize it, leaving wipes blackened with residue, and the unit now has permanent black stains and active yellow mold on the underside. On delivery day, the foreman aggressively demanded the missing screws and physically pointed his finger at me, blaming me for the company's own mistake. I had to look up the hardware manuals and send my dad to three different stores to find them. While he was out running their errands, the crew suddenly "found" the screws on their truck and assembled the furniture before he even returned. This company actively insulted me while I was crying, forced a customer to do their own heavy lifting, brought toxic mold into my home, and yelled at me on delivery day. The experience was extraordinarily stressful and, in my view, fell far below the level of professionalism and care I expected from a moving company.

It was as easy as the name says
The online sign up and reservation process was simple. The team reached out before the move to confirm.
The two guys that showed up very efficient at getting everything packed and unpacked at the destination.
