I contacted MyPOSConnect and waited 9 days just to get a reply from their sales agent Andrew. After all that time, I was told that they are not accepting new clients due to high demand.
If you are not accepting new applications, this should be clearly stated on the website. It would save people a lot of time and frustration.
Instead, I had to wait over a week just to be told they can’t help me. This information should have been provided in the first reply, not after several days of delay.
Very slow response times and poor communication. Don’t waste your time applying right now because Andrew from sales confirmed they are currently unable to accept new customers.
