The card was sent from Germany to Luxembourg so delivery was very quick. The quality of the photos is as good as you would expect for a postcard. The price is fair and is a small price to pay for convenience and ability to send one of your own photos!

Postcards are a great ideal and I loved how they look , however I am really disappointed that one of the five postcards that I sent was sent to the wrong address even when I typed the right one . Actually it can be more of one . How am I supposed to know?
Luckily the people that received are related to the couple that was originally sent to .
I tried to sent a message to customer service about it but would not go through for some reason .

In my experience, MyPostcard "continually" is VERY slow. I have had this app for quite some time now and my wife and I are moving around in different areas in Australia and love the idea of customised postcards we can send anytime we want from an online service.
Recently I put in orders in on the 11th July and still no delivery to my granddaughters and its 22/7/2025 today? Do they come all the way from Germany? If so, Australia post, if that's who you represent should get someone else. I live in Australia and would expect them to be delivered at least within 10 working days?
I’ve tired this site 3 times now all 3 times my postcard was never delivered it’s a complete joke I can’t recommend something when it’s never arrived not even once

I tried to add funds ($35) to my account, but got a message saying "oops ... we encountered a problem during the transaction". No funds showed up in my account, however my credit card WAS charged. When I tried to reach out to support, I got a message saying "Unfortunately the transfer has failed. Check your internet and try again." My internet is fine and there seems no other way to reach them. Don't waste your time or money!

I really loved the thoughtful touch of receiving this postcard—it’s a charming and personal gesture that made me smile. The design and message were lovely. However, for the price of 4 €, I would have appreciated a protective cover or envelope to prevent any damage during shipping. Still, a beautiful surprise overall!
I ordered a birthday card from MyPostcard on May 19th, expecting it to arrive within the 3–6 working days as advertised. Instead, it took 10 days just for the card to be resent, and it ultimately arrived on 5 June, five days after the birthday, making it completely pointless, as I had to buy another card in the meantime.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with MyPostcard. A similar situation happened in the past when they admitted that a card hadn’t even been dispatched, despite a notification saying it had. That level of unreliability is unacceptable for a service that claims to offer timely delivery.
I’ve since asked for my account to be closed, as I can no longer trust them to deliver what they promise. I wouldn’t recommend this service if your card needs to arrive on time.

On the third day a post card got to Germany.
We’ve asked so many times to add food gifts that everyone can choose but no, always something with milk or other animal products. Milk chocolate, candy with gelatin, or alcohol which isn’t suitable for everyone either. How hard can it be to add candy without gelatin, dark chocolate or a vegan milk chocolate. They don’t care, I give up.
EDIT: telling people to choose something else besides the food instead of doing something with constructive feedback confirms what I said: that they don’t care. They don’t even have a clue how rude that is. This is not about preference but about not being able to choose any of it. People can read, people know the options and get in touch because those options are not suitable. And then that’s what you get. A condescending reply to choose something else….. I will. A different company.

My experience was great although I was using my iPhone and think it would have been better on my computer or iPad.
Ordered a card on 21st April, still hasn’t arrived as of the 4th May.
