This was a nice little app, very easy to use. I ordered one postcard and it arrived quickly and was good quality.
First time used, great service emailed me when printed and then posted. Quickly received by family within two days. Definitely use again for convenience and speed.
I initially had a positive experience with MyPostcard.com when I ordered 14 postcards between July 2023 and April 2024. The cards were delivered promptly, and I was satisfied with the service. However, my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Since June 21, 2024, I have ordered 31 postcards, and not a single one has been delivered. That’s right—31 postcards, and not one has reached its destination. This isn’t just an issue with one or two cards going missing; this is a systematic failure.
I have reached out to customer service multiple times, politely asking for a refund. Every single email has been met with silence. They are either ignoring me outright or have decided that customer service is no longer a priority. I’ve paid a considerable amount of money for these cards, and it feels like they’ve taken my money and run.
To make matters worse, it seems like MyPostcard.com has chosen the cheapest possible delivery method, which is clearly unreliable. When you pay for a service, you expect it to be completed—especially when we’re talking about 31 postcards!
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Their service has gone from decent to absolutely terrible, and their customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the frustration and money—do not use MyPostcard.com.
My boyfriend was sick and I couldn’t visit, so I wanted to send him a memory of us and also a “get well” message. He said he smiled when he read it which was the goal ❤️ Thank you, MyPostcard :)

Postcards are very good quality!! And the picture looks great! Arrived faster than I expected. Very happy with this service and a great way to personalize a postcard!
Love the app, quality and idea. Issue in the US is that they service is slow - printed and posted many days after they said so based on post mark. US Post is not great but MyPostCard is extraordinary slow in the US …
No postcard was ever received. It’s a shame as I was hoping to use this service while travelling around Australia for the next 4 years. At least I found out how bad the service is on the first attempt.

I have used this service many times with great results. When I contacted them to say that a card sent to USA had not been delivered after two weeks they responded immediately with a polite message and a solution. Love the service and my one experience with customer service was outstanding.
Sent several card within the US and they had to follow up 4 times until all of them arrived with a 6 weeks delay. They are clearly not printed when they say they are and blame it on the slow US postal service
We like the quality of the postcards and the ease of using the app. Delivery in the UK is great with the cards arriving in 1-2 days from the advice of mailing. However those printed in Denver regularly take over 2 weeks to be delivered. Regular postcards mailed in the U.S. rarely take longer than a week to be delivered, so clearly the US ones are not being mailed when they said they were. Wish we could read the postmark!
First time I used this service. Always sent a bought postcard, sadly in Turkey. None at the resort hotel & haggling was so much hardwork. Last time a postcard alone, cost me stupid money.
This service was easy, designed it with upload turkey photos & made it fun to. As I could add hubby on some .Date, place & so a lovely postcard to send. Amazed as it arrived to all recipients 48 hours later, on the Saturday & before we got home that evening. Great service, wonderful quality & all who received them, loved them Thank you & will use again. Highly recommend.

I loaded 100$ Credit to my Account on 13.12.2019 and got 35$ more credit.
After sending 10 cards about 27$ I still has 108$ Credit.
Now I was about to use it For Wedding invitations.
Aş I logged in again my credit went 0.
After contacting the customer support (they got all the details) they just said it’s to far gone to be able to find out what’s the amount of the credit :(
Even showing them how much was loaded to the account.
Just stay away if you don’t wanna lose money.
By the way: 2 cards from 2019 weren’t sent by the company tho.

I ordered multiple postcards through the app. They all arrived very fast and in good quality.
Although I was struggling to make multiple cards and pay them all together at the end of my order, I had to pay each card separately. Also couldn't combine any size of the card with everything from extras. Overall I'm happy with the service, it helps me to stay in touch with my family living on the other side of the world.
It has been 12 days since I ordered a post card and it still has not arrived. Very slow service. I tried other apps and had my post card within 5 days. This one takes too long for me.
