I have used my postcard for years, no problems. For the holidays I had plans to go overseas. I decided to send a selected few, holiday cards. My elders, a few friends and family(8cards) only 1 person received, when I contacted customer it wasn't the best experience. It's now middle of January, no cards received. I had to ask for a refund. My first holiday in MANY of years, my grandmother never received a card from me. To say disappointing, is an understatement. I honestly felt like there was little effort to fix this problem. I provided all information requested, days went by, no response. I reached out again, still, my people have not received my custom cards. This company definitely needs improvement on customer service.
After putting in the contacts and uploading a credit this app worked very smoothly and the delivery time was very fast
Ordered on Dec 12, shipped out on Dec 13. it's now Jan 2 and still nothing. I even had to spoil the surprise of sending a card just to tell the receiver to be on a lookout for mail since it's been 2weeks and I just want it to arrive.

The app provided a means to get a communication out to a friend. The in store retail card section was in complete disarray, missing envelopes, and cards not available in the type I wanted. So your app came in to my purview allowing me a convenient change of pace and eliminated the running around and all the fuss.
Love love love this app. So thankful when it’s hard to get a lot of mail to my loved one, this really helps me feel better about it and it’s so awesome that I could put my own pictures and words on the post card and they mailed it straight to him for me. For free!!!!
I ordered two postcards to Turkey mid November. Having no idea how long it can take to be delivered abroad, I waited ten days before getting back to customer service as the postcards were not delivered. Erica told me “sometimes the postoffice is slow, we have no tracking”. Ans she resent them. That was kind but again the postcards were not delivered. I told her again and asked to check exactly what was going and make sure the postcards would reach their destination. She only replied that she sent them again… it has now been ONE MONTH and I have no idea why my postcards were never delivered, after being sent three times!! This ruined the surprise to my friends and I am still left with no real solution offered! What is the added value of this application if they dont try and solve issues?

Everything was great. Set up smooth and efficient. Still not received the book.
I had a sample postcard generated. The printed images appear darker than they should be and the paper it is printed on has curl to it. I don't recall either of these being an issue with postcards I've have done in the past.
A bar code was on both sides of the postcard, cutting off the picture and on the opposite cutting off the sentence or two.

I haven't received my card yet that was ordered a week ago. Australia Post My Postcard but charged in $US which makes it expensive. Rather disappointing.

My experience was awesome. My card I ordered arrived very soon to another country, I sent card to my Mom in Israel and the card was beautiful I saw it during the video call, such a high quality. Very happy with my shopping on their website. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful. Just a great business, genuine and one of a kind. So many card options and lots more that I am too looking to explore. I used it again twice after that. And I just love it, the design and that I can add my own photo and my own picture coupled with their beautiful design. Will be a customer for life. Appreciate you guys and wishing you all the best in your business venture. Also want to mention to everybody that this business received highest Awards from independent industry professionals for the quality of their products and business I read this myself after doing some research before using their website. Never received prints ordered. Supposedly they were shipped 10/10/23. It is now 10/21/23 and nothing. Was advised there is no tracking info. Was told it could take 3-6 business days. Its’s been more than 6. The email I received in response to my inquiry made no mention of remedy should I not receive.
It's been 5 days since I sent the post card but it didn't arrive yet. I was looking forward to it plss, that postcard I sent is important. I'm hoping it goes well!
Absolutely disappointed. Was meant to be a SUPER surprise, still nothing has arrived...first and last time.

Well I ordered a postcard and personalised it got a email about 3days later to say it had been posted but unfortunately the card never arrived at it intended destination very disappointed

Thank you for being discrete about the card I wanted to send. As a woman, I was unsure whether I would be allowed to show myself in a revealing pose on a card or write a quite explicit message within. Kind of embarrassing I know, but it had the desired effect on the guy I sent it to :)
It was very easy and convenient to send photo postcards to the states from Europe without dealing with purchasing cards, hunting for stamps and post offices. The cards arrived before our trip ended.
