Please coordinate with your client

Hi,
I was trying to send email and its bot even sending. Its been weeks already and my fiance didnt get the card and choxolate i've ordered. I pay for the express fee so it would only take a day. I hope that u could have a better costumer service. Sigrid

I ordered a bulk of greeting cards to…

I ordered a bulk of greeting cards to my club, it was easy to create and design the cards, also they were very quick in posting the cards to me.
The problem for me occurred when I need an invoice to submit, l cannot do it through the app!!! Have to sign in on a browser?? and then I got invoice for buying the credits ( which I used for payment) nothing was mentioned at all about the cards or the number I purchased, which is no good, I need a proof on the invoice of the card purchase… not the credits ( the credits doesn’t proof the purchase of the cards)

Terrible service!

I posted a Mypostcard to my boyfriend in Arizona, US in 11 September 2022 but he still has not got it (Today is 16 November). I wrote an email to them in Oktober asking the reason but have not got any feedback from them yet. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend but it turned out to be a total disappointment!!

Postcard still hasn't arrived...

I sent my boyfriend (living in Germany) a MyPostcard. It is supposed to take 1-2 business days but he still hasn't received it.
Sent on November 8th, today is November 14th.

I have heard a lot positive things about MyPostcard so I was very disappointed :(

Just had great experience

Just had great experience. Sent postcard to 96 year old godmother in the UK - she received more quickly than if I had sent it from Australia and she really appreciated the personalised card - gave the nursing home staff something to discuss with her

6 day delivery

It took 6 days for the card to be delivered. This is a 4 day delivery from my notification that the card was posted. Very disappointing process.

MyPostcard is a much better experience than Postsnap

They can deliver the postcards in half the time and less cost than the previous company I used. I've sent 21 postcards so far and will continue to use them. As you use the service, you are offered additional discounts and some excellent deals on pre-buying credits.

I have elderly family members who are…

I have elderly family members who are from the generation of writing letters. No smartphones sending pics for them. But the ability to take a personalized photo from a holiday and for them to receive it in the post is great. Quality of the card was good, print was good and swiftness of postage excellent.

Ordering experience was quite good and…

Ordering experience was quite good and easy and price was reasonable. But several days after we received confirmation that cards were printed and sent they have not been received by anyone
