slow service

I sent a card over a week ago to my elderly mother and it still hasn't arrived. Very slow service after receiving a message to say it had been printed.

It’s a shame I have to give one star

It’s a shame I have to give one star, because it’s worth zero or negative one star.

I paid $15 Australian to start up - so far so good.

They took my money with no problem at all.

Then I created a postcard in an envelope for my fiancée.

It looked wonderful - so far so good.

I got notification within 2 days that the postcard had been printed and was about to be posted.

I thought - this is fantastic - what a wonderful company.

HOWEVER - that’s where the praise ends unfortunately.

So after 4 weeks, the card hasn’t arrived.

I sent a message to the support people who apologised, and sent me a link to re-send the card at no cost.

I thought, ok, they are trying to make things right - good for them.

HOWEVER - the link didn’t work!

So I went back and messaged them again saying the link didn’t work.

I got a message back with another link.

HOWEVER - the second new link didn’t work either!

So once again, I messaged back! Very unhappy, I asked them to fix it or refund my money in full - which would be $15 Australian since I gave them that amount, and received NOTHING for it apart from a lot of unnecessary stress!

Upon checking my account, I was astounded and very angry that my balance was $0!!

So I gave them $15, received nothing, and they have taken the full $15 from me.

Is this actually a SCAM??

This is meant to be a company that promotes happiness and smiles - NOT theft and unsatisfactory service.

In fact there is no service - just THEFT.

Do yourselves a favour and use a company who actually does what you pay them for.

What a great app/service

What a great app/service. Created my first postcard on a Saturday, received notification on Monday that it had been handed off to the Post Office and it was received Wednesday.

Couldn't be easier.

The company was very easy to use

The company was very easy to use, reasonably priced and promptly mailed out. I would definitely use again. I am not sure if the recipient receieved the post card since she is not communicating with me, so I don’t know if she enjoyed receiving.

Super super happy!

Super super happy with the results and, most importantly, the ease of making my postcard. I made postcards for my daughters at camp. Knowing that I could add a picture of our beloved dog, who misses them, write in a beautiful clear font, and the fact that it shipped within a few hours was AMAZING! Didn't have to go anywhere, print anything, buy stamps, or take it to the post office. All as easy as a few clicks. Thank you for being such an easy app to use!! I will be using MyPostcard for years to come!
