Customer Service isn't great. For some reason was expecting an Amazon Level customer service but, was disappointed. No prompt information is provided. One would need to ask details for them to answer back instead of being advised about certain policies and procedures.
Product wise I'm yet to try how good the product is but, my rating is based on the customer service I received and I think that tells a lot about the company.

Aran was simply helpful and efficient. I emailed customer service twice and they gave me nonsensical answers, asking to start a return process (my issue was with an item that was not received, not an item I wished to return) and not acknowledging my content at all. The live chat on the other hand was very hasty, asked the right questions and worked quickly.
