however on the other hand i am throughly disappointed withe my protien as a brand. i have been waiting for my products since almost 3.5 weeks no information was sent nothing no communication from your side . its only when today on a Sunday i contacted to you to get a surprise that my order was returned due to damage .
i mean i should have been informed.
in my account page its still showing that my order is on the way. surprised the way such good brand like yours is operating .

Guys just look at the way the customers representative responds to our messages through there Myaccount. They conveniently forget to respond to your specific question but just write some generic bull sheet. Look at my what I asked and what response I got. If you are located in North America do not order anything from them.

So my order was never dispatched? Whenever I spoke to your customer care rep I was lied? Since so much time is already wasted, can you try use your complimentary expedited delivery service so that I receive my order in time.
If you are unwilling to do so I don't wish to be your customer anymore and would prefer a refund.
Hoping you take a right decision and prevent from loosing a customer.

DO NOT buy from myprotein. I have had several correspondence with their customer service about an order I tried to cancel (order # 269624258) but their website was faulty and didn't let me. I contacted customer service immediately to notify them before it was dispatched.
Received a delayed response and the order was dispatched aka too late.
So I returned it and had to pay an additional $45!!! This fee was not covered. It was shipped from Missisauga, ON but I had to send it to their returns facility in Kentucky! They should cover the cost of shipment this is ridiculous.
It's a shame since I have been buying from myprotein for years. They lost a customer.

Deals were really good but the order took 3 weeks to get to me even if I paid extra for expedited shipping.
I got no news until after 19 days after I placed my order where they said there was an issue with DHL.
