A helpful tool that fits perfectly into my routine

The provider explained exactly how the medication works and what results I could realistically expect. Straightforward and professional. Within the first week I noticed my appetite was smaller and I wasn't reaching for snacks out of boredom. By the end of the first month I had lost about eight pounds without changing much else. I still eat what I want, just less of it. The automatic refills are convenient because I don't have to remember to order. Delivery always comes in the same plain box.

Simple solution for my rosacea

I've had redness on my cheeks for years that never really went away. Tried different moisturizers and gentle cleansers but nothing helped. The online form took about ten minutes and I uploaded a few photos of my skin. A doctor responded the next day with a prescription for a cream. Delivery arrived three days later in regular packaging. Been using it for a couple weeks now and the redness is noticeably less.

Side effects

Doctor visits could be made easier. Be a little more transparent about side effects - however my contact did give me a few tips on dealing with nausea.

Ryan from customer service returned my email regarding shipping concern, as I was away for two days and would not be home to receive package, within 8 hrs of sending email. He changed my delivery for when I would be home and ensured my medication would be safe and not sitting outside in the elements.

They charged me without consulting me

They charged me without consulting me. I left a note on the first order specifying I wanted a single order. So what do they do? They sent the email advising me after 12 in the middle of a work day, advising me that they were sending an order, as if it was a monthly prescription. Then, even though I contacted them the same day, it was already too late to cancel the order according to their “policy”. They don’t give you the option to make a single order anywhere on the site and later tell you you’re supposed to go to a specific client email to cancel. In other words, they fix it so they end up selling you more than what you wanted, unlike you take the time to find exactly where you’re supposed to cancel, ahead of time! I feel like this is a disingenuous way of doing business. I’ll manage without or take my business elsewhere!!

No more hiding my hair

I've been dealing with thinning hair for years and honestly it was affecting my confidence so much. I was always wearing hats or styling my hair in ways to cover it up. A coworker mentioned this service and I figured why not try. The consultation was private and the doctor asked thoughtful questions about my health history. My treatment arrived quickly in a plain box and I've been using it consistently for a few months. I'm starting to see new growth and I don't feel the need to hide anymore. It's a small thing but it's made a huge difference in how I feel about myself.

Saved me during a busy season at work

My work schedule has been insane lately and I didn't have time to take a day off for a doctor's appointment. I needed to renew my prescription and decided to try this service. I filled out the questionnaire on my phone during a lunch break, and my prescription was approved the next morning. The medication arrived at my door two days later. Honest and reliable provider

I've had a bad experience with another online provider before they tried billing me for things I didn't agree to. This one is completely different. They're upfront about costs and you can pause your prescription whenever you need to without any hassle. Feels good to finally have a provider I can trust.
