Better hope that went you're on workers…

Better hope that went you're on workers comp nothing even remotely makes your Injury worse because they will stop paying you despite having your injury still. So you'll be stuck out of work because of the injury ANNND absolutely no money coming in because this place will use any excuse to NOT pay you

If I could give negative stars

If I could give negative stars, I would. Waited 9 days without heating or hot water in a house with a disabled child. Snow was on the ground!!

Having tried to claim back my expenses which are in the region of £500, I have been told that payment would be made by the invoices team in 3-5 days - It's been almost 30 days since work was completed!!

I'm now having to call on a daily basis only to be told that it was being passed to the 'invoice team'. its been passed over multiple times already!

I've been down £500 over Christmas, living in hotels with two children under 10 just so we can shower. Please, please, if you have vulnerable people in your household AVOID AVOID AVOID this company.

Truly appalling

Sedgwick might be the worst company I have ever dealt with.
When boiler started leaking, I rang the emergency line and the agent failed to log the details of the call. Had to ring back the following morning to get the issue logged again. Once a contractor was sent to the property, he isolated and the issue and ordered replacement part. While waiting for the part, the issue became worst and ultimately the boiler was left beyond repair with water damage in the house.
Claims are apparently processed through an app but it was beyond the capabilities of the company’s staff to send the app link.

Terrible company, terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

This company should burn

This company should burn. Go to the website. We cannot login at this time please contact support. We are sorry support doesn't work at this time.

Use the phone number it is a low volume static filled nightmare with constant breaks in the recording. If you somehow manage to get though suddenly the bots don't work after hours.

Worse plumbers ever

Worse plumbers ever. The first repaired the leak saying that the pipe loosen itself without mentioning that the ball and the arm of the valve needed to be screwed together. One week later the tap on the tank was running until I taped the ball and the arm together. Asked the second plumber for a screw, he took on him to change the whole valve and the toilet pipe. Now the water keep coming non stop i had to close the water supply. The plumber said that i don't have a leak but condensation. No way in in a bathroom, who would have guessed. He lied and Admiral insurance believed him and does not want to send another contractor. I called for a screw and they broke my toilet.

This is a very shady insurance company

This is a very shady insurance company. They make their decisions without evidence. Very biased and only listens to one side without any evidence. They took the driver at faults word as fact without any proof. The company who hired them will be informed of their poor performance.

This site and company are ridiculous!!!

This site is ridiculous! It freezes up constantly doesn’t let you scroll on almost ever page. I have no access to my claim and my case person doesn’t answer my emails. This company likes to drag out paying on claims and then state they never received paperwork then tell you that your claim is closed. Without you getting a release to work from you doctor. I’ve been out of work for almost a month and haven’t seen a dime from them. Why the heck even pay for STD when you can’t collect?!?

Igured toe at job which my toe had to…

Igured toe at job which my toe had to be removed. Been 31 days waiting to hear from someone since last week no email no return phone call which they said they call me right back with information. Still waiting on pay which I haven't paid any bills yet. Wonder if shoes are reversed and they waiting a month without any income see if they would understand. I would not recommend them. My job need to find someone else.. I wouldn't want anyone to go through this nonsense

No service whatsoever

Shiny portal, but that’s where it ends. Uploaded the pictures, they closed the claim. No notification, explanation, no accepted or denied. There’s a button to request an update, pressed it a thousand times over the course of weeks. Aviva should be ashamed of themselves using this business

Just throw this on the dumpster fire…

Just throw this on the dumpster fire that is this company's customer service. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I really hope you all have a problem getting your paycheck someday. It's really really cool that you guys are so bad at making sure people have the things they need to live. You should be embarrassed working for this company. Bunch of trash, the lot of you.
