A pleasant boat trip!

We booked our trip on The Stingray boat, from the guy, Elijah, at the booth in Puerto Rico, near MacDonalds ! Elijah was a really nice guy. The banter was good. The booking was nice + simple. And everything went to plan, from our pick up at our hotel, to the actual trip, and return to our hotel. It’s a bit more expensive than other boat trips, but well worth the little bit extra. We would highly recommend this trip.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Walking down Puerto Rico saw this company’s stand took a flier as I was interested spoke to two lovely assistants who were showing me some prices. I enquired about one experience in particular and I’m 99% sure I was told I could get a deal for 2 people on This particular activity for 100 euro. So I contacted via the what’s app number on flier to enquire advised of the deal id been told about (100 euro for 2 people). They text me back advising the day I wanted was fully booked out I briefly read the message as I was out and put my phone away thinking id have a look elsewhere later. Around 3 hours later my phone starts blowing up with messages from this company stating the following “ARE YOU SERIOUS ⁉️🙂YOU ARE NOT TRUSTABLE ! That a pity for your own life” and a lot more calling me a liar and that whoever told me 100 euro can be fired and threatening me being EXTREMELY aggressive to me. kept my cool and text this person back saying I’m not interested and to leave me alone and they continued blowing up my phone to the point I had to block them. I was on edge the whole rest of my holiday as I had filled out a form at the beginning with my hotel name and room number on it at the start for transfers and insurance. Luckily I’m home now so I feel safe enough to leave this review. I could have been mistaken about the deal for 100 euro 2 people I could have confused it with a different activity but the way I was spoken to was unbelievable and whoever runs the what’s app for this company is letting them all down worst company/customer service I ever received. And by the looks of it it’s the same person who responds to these reviews so I can only expect a very aggressive response. Don’t use these people use get your guide or anyone else

Elie, where do we start. The only kind human vendor out there, that isn't money grabbing or pesters you to book, always does what he can to make your booked activities as extravagant as the island is.
I don't see how he's only got 3.9 star he should be 5 ⭐.
Best interaction even if you don't book.

We bought two trips from them

We bought two trips from them. Jet ski and scuba diving, due to illness I wasn’t able to go scuba diving so we swapped it for catamaran. We got to the meeting point 10 min before planned pick up. We were waiting at the taxi stop as we were told to do so and 10mins after we had a phone call saying that no body was there and they left . This is Shocking. Paid €68 for deposit to find out that the transfer that was organised for us is not going to take me on boat trip and I need to take taxi. I would never use them again. They were also dishonest with Chester Club. Told us we get 4 sunbeds however when we got there we only got 3 and the lady told us we need to spend 60 euros minimum whilst we stay there. There was absolutely no transparency from Elie ( the person that we booked from) You will be better off booking with someone smaller also much better prices. Their price for catamaran was €183 when you can book with aqua sport.es for €143 no deposit!!!!! exactly same offer but you can book additional things for much cheaper as €15 per person. Don’t waste your time and money on this one. Better deals elsewhere!!! This was in Gran Canaria Puerto Rico.

It was great a year ago. Not so great now

My partner and I booked jet ski + parasailing last year, the service was great and easy to use. However this year when we came back to GC I text the mysoov WhatsApp to see what deals they had, the person was very pushy and then WITHOUT me confirming that I wanted to use their services they sent me a payment link (I didn’t even know what it was for?) I didn’t follow the payment link and the next day my phone was bombarded with approx 10 messages asking me to proceed with the deposit for my “spot” the was reserved today (I didn’t ask to reserve anything?) they even went as far as to call my phone. When I replied letting them know we didn’t want to use their services, the response I got was extremely ignorant “ You will fast discover that it is not the same service Nobody forced you to communicate with us yesterday That why it’s correct to inform us that you change provider Good luck 😇”
To which I replied “ Nobody asked you to send a link for payment either I didn’t book anything with you so there was no need for all the messages. Good luck 🙂”
Where the extremely rude person that is supposed to be able to help customers replied to our booking from LAST YEAR and told me that I’ve booked with them several times (one time) and proceeded to send me a video of my partner and I when I let him know that was was from last year. He continued to type messages leaving me with no choice but to block them because he was harassing me continuously. He also deleted some of the messages he had sent me.
This is a service we would have used many more times in the future, it’s a pity the person who controls their WhatsApp is so rude and ignorant; I wouldn’t use again and I wouldn’t recommend them

At no point did I ask to book anything. I asked a question and was bombarded with messages and a payment link. I still have the messages for proof of that. I didn’t need to cancel anything because I didn’t book anything but after many messages from WhatsApp person I did let him know that I hadn’t booked anything and that we would be going somewhere else if we were going to book something. I was met with a snotty message. The person who replied on this is just as ignorant.a great experience the first time I booked. Horrible this time

THIS COUPLE FROM UK, TOLD US THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO BOOK NO MORE BECAUSE THEY FOUND BETTER DEAL, SO IT WAS A SURPRISE WHEN I SAW THEM COME BACK TO BOOK ONE MORE TIME USING ANOTHER MOBILE NUMBER. BUT I RECOGNIZE THEM WHEN THEY HAVE TO COME TO BE PICKED UP THE VIDEO SYSTEME TO GET THEIR FREE VIDEO HD AND THEY ASK FOR THE FREE PASS AT THE BEACH CLUB WITH AN HEATED POOL.

I DECIDE TO ACT LIKE I DON'T RECOGNIZE THEM TO MAKE SURE THIS SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH ''MYSOOV DESK'' WILL BE AMAZING WITHOUT ANY TENSION.

THEY DID THE JETSKI AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THEY FALL FROM THE JETSKI AND ALL WAS RECORDED AS A STUNNING MEMORY LOOKING LIKE AN ACTION MOVIE.
WE HAVE TO DELAY THE PARASAILING BECAUSE OF TOO MUCH WIND, WE ORGANISE EVERYTHING OFFERING A SECOND FREE PICK UP FROM OUR MAIN DESK AT PUERTO RICO BEACH, WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY WAS A BIT LATE. WHEN THEY COMEBACK FROM THE PARASAILING, I TEXT THEM ON WHATSAPP AND THEY REPLY WITH A VERY GOOD FEEDBACK. FINALLY I ASK IF I CAN CALL THEM FOR AN ULTIMATE VOICE CALL TO TELL THEM THAT IN KNEW IT WAS THEM WHO POST THIS CURRENT 2 STARS REVIEWS.
AND THEN THEY RE-START GHOSTING ON WHATSAPP.

THEY DID NOT FIND A BETTER DEAL AND SERVICE , AND THEY HAVE NO CHOICE TO COME BACK TO ''MYSOOV DESK''

Good excursion provider

Mysoov desk is near Spar by harbour. We booked parasailing. Good price and also supplied a GoPro for us to record our flight, which he then downloaded and sent us included in price. Recommended.

Great friendly service

Elie is great, very helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable.
He will always get you a great price for any trips and in my experience, having shopped around, the best price you will be able to get for any trips, in addition to the free entry to Chesters Beach Club when you book an activity from him.
I am not being paid for this review in case yoi think it is too good, I just like to promote people or companies who offer a great service at great prices without having to haggle.

Amazing service

We recently had the pleasure of booking a private yacht through this outstanding service, and we couldn't be more impressed. From the very start, there was absolutely no pressure—no pushy sales tactics, just clear and concise information, along with transparent pricing. We were given the space to make our own decision at our own pace, which we truly appreciated.

Despite our last-minute booking, which made finding an available yacht quite challenging, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They tirelessly explored every option, ultimately securing an incredible yacht that exceeded our expectations. The service on board was just as impressive—nothing was ever too much trouble, and every detail was taken care of with the utmost professionalism.

I highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Thanks to them, our experience was completely hassle-free and enjoyable. A big thank you to the team for making everything so seamless and memorable!

Me and my boyfriend booked the package…

Me and my boyfriend booked the package deal, parasailing, jet ski and banana boat. We did this while on the catamaran boat trip with food and drinks. The whole package was amazing, we had so much fun and it's amazing quality for money! We got a go pro to film the day and you get acces the the chester club on a day of your choice which is pretty good. Overall really impressed and have great memories for life. Would 100% recommend.

My girlfriend and I were given a…

My girlfriend and I were given a leaflet showing activities at a good price. At first the person dealing with us was very helpful and quick to respond. However, when I said I wanted to come and pay in the person as I wanted to be on the safe side, the guy turned incredibly rude and pressured us on time. He was rude and suspiciously defensive. Either the worst customer service I have come across or it is not a legitimate company at all. I suspect a tourist trap 😐

Myself and my Girlfriend booked some activities for ourselves and her young cousins, everything was made easy to book through WhatsApp and staff were really nice and helpful! We wanted to make some changes to a set combi deal we booked and it was no problem also last minute before we confirmed on the day and it was also no problem to accommodate us , we were all really happy leaving, would defiantly recommend! And will definatly book again when we are back in Gran Canaria! 😁
