i just got it today. better if i did not. sadly did not read this. i was sick and felt strange. i hope this is not some poison since no one can know what is in it?????? i am angry at myself for believing their web site. i really want to know what is in it. i still feel sick. maybe they will answer. how can you even sell this in europe??????? this is unbelievable

Unfortunately it’s fake. Can’t believe i bought so naively off Facebook. Took an age to get here. The ad they run is very convincing but the consistency is too runny (similar to how they say you can spot the fake stuff).

I tried for over a week with zero impact. Now it’s going in the bin. God knows what they put in it.

I have ordered 2 jars the first took over a month to arrive and the second jar is not the same consistency as the first and has a mild coconut taste of it. Won't be ordering again from this company

It has some qualities in it,but ya it's different texture forsure,it's get me going when I add it coffee ya it's nit the real stuff,and ya it's 100% from China

Do not order from this fake company, they must be Chinese or dropshipping or something. The shilajit is completely fake and it does not do anything, I don't even think it is shilajit. Stay away!

First off I have no connections with Mystic Shilajit nor am I receiving any benefits from Mystic Shilajit. I ordered 3 bottles from them and the next day I found these trust pilot reviews and I thought I had really made a big mistake. After a couple of weeks I emailed Mystic and received a response the very next warning. The assured me my package was on its way and provided me with the tracking. Sure enough a few days later I did receive my order. I had a small issue with the order so I emailed them again and to my surprise they responded the very next day. I must admit they went well beyond what I ever expected from them. Now I really believe that some of these reviews are from some people that did not purchase the product from the official Mystic Website. Also I might add the Shilajit I received is top quality and is as advertised.

Dam I wish I’d read these reviews I bought for my husband as the reviews on their website were amazing but it’s runny and doesn’t taste rite like the other more expensive brands and it’s jus put him straight to sleep I’m now super worried not gonna try get refund as it will jus stress me out, but how do they have 8000 plus excellent reviews ? That’s unfortunately why I went with them

I worked for this company for a few months. I cannot take the job anymore because it takes a while for the order to be delivered for more than 2 months to 3 months. They also hide all negative comments on their Facebook Page so that the customers can't see them since they are getting a lot of negative reviews. They are blaming their employees for the negative reviews, even when it is the product, their service and the delivery timeframe that is having problems. They also asked us to create a dummy account and put a positive review about their product on their facebook page and here in Trust Pilot to increase their rating because they are rated very low.

This low quality brand has been the only change in supplements that I implemented in over a month in results I have been sent to the er for terrible kidney function close to kidney failure. I believe this product is unsafe although it is difficult to prove that it was exactly this that caused my problems I believe that taking this should have improved my health and not made it worse. Low quality, most likely not from the mountains and grown in a swimming pool. If you value your health you will not use this product. Package came with no label whatsoever. Sketchy business.

As most here already, I had a delayed order but only two weeks which I wasn’t to worried about.
I didn’t read here first thankfully as that would have put me off instantly.
I read about the testing prior and quality for the price more so. I have been taking this shilajit for two weeks now and haven’t seen any massive benefit to date.
I recently stopped taking ashwahanga and tonkat Ali, which seemed more effective for my body if I’m honest. I really wanted this stuff to be a miracle supplement, (I bought 4 jars). I will see it out just to test it for my own benefits. As it stands I wake up and get out of bed ok but I ache like mad and flag through the day with out the old supplements I was taking. Maybe try Irish Sea moss next time. Shilajit has not lived up to the expectations I had even with the 600mg dosing. Anyone have some advise or tips please suggest I’m always happy to test and try new ways. Thanks.

If I could put a big fat ZERO- I would. I placed my order February 22. I had to email them twice asking where my order was as it said it was sitting waiting for shipment. Then all of a sudden my order is shipped and at my door in a few days- EXCEPT I never received my order and they kept sending me emails on how to verify delivery and to check all areas of my property. I never received the order. The link they sent me did not work to verify the delivery- it said it was delivered at 2pm and placed in my mailbox- I have an envelope style mailbox and have zero idea if these products come in a box or a bag? A box 100% would not fit. I ordered 2 jars- they are surcharging me $20 because the tracking says delivered. I’m FURIOUS I trusted this company. Absolutely disgusting customer service accusing me of lying. What a waste of time and money ! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered Feb and still nothing. Tried email to find things out but like 90% of people no reply just discount offers. Got msg saying email could not be sent and could not find address. No wonder nobody trusts anyone anymore when this goes on by people ( can I call them that) without any conscience at all. Not game to try now even if it does turn up before 2025

This company is a joke and scammed me it’s been 4 week and I never received any product. They gave me a false tracking number. They are liars!!!

So I took the time to read the majority of the reviews, which including over 90% horrible reviews. I decided to Google several tests that I could do to test the purity of mystic shilajit and these are my findings:

Note: product took 45 days to arrive and was not misspelled like some here have claimed.

Burn test.
Pure shilajit should bubble up and turn into ash
- passed exactly as the test required 5/5

Baking soda test
Pure shilajit should not lose its golden reddish colour after 2 spoons of baking soda in a whisky glass
- passed exactly as test required 5/5

Solubility test
Shilajit should dissolve Co pletely in room temp water
- took roughly one minute to dissolve 99% of it. 4/5

I am not discrediting anyone here, and this is my first time buying any shilajit and I conducted the test after buying and after reading the reviews, before consuming.

So far it looks ok to me.

Scam. 30 day return policy.. they never shipped the product. How can you send something back if you never received it. Oh and the shipping insurance is a lie. There is no insurance. Usps never received the package to ship so you can not claim on the insurance.

The stuff came after 2 weeks and works wonders

Do not use this company, they are a bunch of liars and charlatans. They tell you the item has been posted but it never arrives, when you ask for money back they’ll state it can’t be given when the product is in transit but they can give you a refund minus the re-stock and delivery price which is about half. They’ll tell you the item is still on the way, I managed to do this and 3 months later mine still hasn’t arrived so essentially they get half the money for no reason at all, dreadful dreadful company and even worse unhelpful staff that work there

Don’t buy this scam avoid at all costs! They ruin the industry
