It is now 4/3/24 ...all of the sudden now They keep emailing me and begging me to take my review off and offering me 10% of my money back if I do but could NEVER respond when I asked them to give me a full refund to a product I never received!!! I'm sure if everyone looks they will see I'm not alone in this .
Companies like this should have major MAJOR consequences for treating people the way they do and taking their hard-earned money but it just seems like it's happening more and more everyday... No I will not take my review of and no I don't want 10% of my money back . What I wanted was a response from "Lina" for 2 months and the only one I ever got was them begging to take a review they deserve off .. no thanks and I hope this review helps other ppl not get taking advantage of by this snake oil company.. HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM APPLES !!!!!

I ordered mine February 13th. Have not received anything except the BS emails. I believe it is a scam also.

I originally wrote, "I never received my first order and they never returned my email attempts to contact them. Make sure you find a phone number for customer service before you order." I received my order on March 18th. The product has the least offensive taste compared to other brands I have tasted, but until this company adds some better customer service, like a legitimate way to contact them, I will not order from here again.

Just ordered mine today and just found the true reviews feel like iv just wasted £50 😤

I was stupid and I went off of their ad thinking this is the real deal. Then the I experienced a delay in my order. I ordered Feb 14 and still have yet to receive it. I contact their customer support and the excuse is “unforeseen events have delayed the order but rest assured we are working on it”. It wasn’t until later I found this site with the real reviews and I am so damn disappointed in myself for falling for this scam. Also if you want to return it’s 30 days after purchase date and guaranteed I won’t get mine until it’s the 31st day. So no return for me and if somehow they actually send it before then, it’s a $10 restocking fee plus you have to pay for the return shipping. Such a waste of time and money. F U Mystic Shilajit! 🖕🖕🖕🖕

For almost a month now no such thing as update. I’m waiting for a refund or I’m reporting this company to BBB and US Postal Service. Beware!

Ordered 2 jars, shipping took a few weeks and 1 of the jars had mold. They "sent" a replacement a week after I emailed support but the tracking number doesn't work.

Also got a glass jar with no branding, it passed the tests for burning, it’s was runnier than I expected, used it for about 2 weeks, didn’t notice anything, then it went mouldy

This is real shilajit just tested it out pass burn test pass dissolve test and smells just like what it isnsuppose to smell like awesome price for product

First of all it took ages to deliver (also note the 30 days return from purchase date) not from arrival so it already eats into the returns window. Ie 2 weeks late you only have 2 weeks to try.

Not reading this small print I thought I would atleast give it a decent amount of time to try it. After using for one month My skin is breaking out! Not even spots hard boils. It’s awful. I haven’t had acne or anything like this before. Only when I stop using it it goes. Tried again for a few days and it’s back.

Absolutely devastated that they've used probably the most believable advert and sold me 2 jars for 49 pounds. Same as the rest of ppl here plain black jars and when I tried it I think they've bashed it with something because it made me feel funny... its way too runny as well.. gutted not even tried to ask for refund as look at all the ppl below that have been ignored and found out its false address !! 😡

I ordered this product and it never arrived. They took my money under false pretenses. I have been emailing them and no response. Don’t waste your time or money. I have reported them to the BBB! I’m just glad it wasn’t thousands of dollars. Shoppers BEWARE👀

I was hesitant to write this review because Shilajit Rocks! I've felt great since taking it and every day I feel supported in my body like never before. So I would HIGHLY recommend you get some.

Mystic Shilajit was my first experience of ordering it online and I read some of the 8000+ reviews on their site - which were brilliant!

Problem is the trustpilot reviews that were on their site were about Shilajit... NOT Mystic Shilajit!

When I realised this I wasn't sure if the order would be fulfilled because of the Trustpilot reviews. But the package arrived two weeks after I ordered it and I got two jars of half filled Shilajit with the lids not tightly secured so there was leakage in the boxes. No branding or instructions and a very aggressive email campaign to get me to buy more 'at discount' every few days since I ordered it.

Get some Shilajit, please, especially if you need more energy and healing and health is a priority to you.

They did follow through and gave me my first experience of this AMAZING stuff so in a bitter sweet way I am grateful.

I want everyone to try this stuff!

This company is fairly new but are advertising as if they are established and the website really pulls you in.

My advice to Mystic Shilajit is be honest. If you are really what your website presents it may be over enthusiasm to get Shilajit out to the world but people feel conned when they realise your reviews on the website are not yours. Work on your product presentation and the problems with your packaging.

This is a real company and actually fulfilling orders. When I wrote this review originally I stated that the reviews had been taken down and then went back on the site to see the reviews again. At the time of amending this review I looked again and the reviews are gone. Good move Mystic Shilajit.

It’s a scam I never received my true reading I paid £39.00 for a automatic voice reading which they are sending to everyone plus on Facebook page

Well. What can I say, I have emailed and still no delivery since December, no response to my emails. Looks like I've been scammed. I should have checked the reviews earlier!
