We came to visit the Essex store as I found this place on instagram.
We were greeted by Tom who was super friendly, very helpful and understood what we were looking for. He took his time to show us the tiles. He didnt rush us and was not pushy in the sale.
We found exactly what we wanted.
We would definitely recommend Quorn stone and Tom!

Amazing showroom. Extremely helpful staff. Fantastic range of beautiful tiles presented in a way that really helps you picture them in your own home.

This is the second time we've ordered from Quorn Stone and couldn't recommend them more. So happy with the quality of tiles & they have so much choice for any project you have. On our most recent order, Ezgi was so helpful in the Leicestershire showroom and Romana has been wonderful in assisting with our delivery. The team are always on hand, helpful and prompt in replying. We'll be back!

Absolutely lovely showroom. Kiera was very knowledgable giving advice and suggestions. Kiera also sent me some sample tiles and followed up with an email. We have had tiles from Quorn stone before and they are beautiful. This is my second time visiting the store in Harrogate and buying tiles. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

We visited the Suffolk Store last week and were warmly welcomed by Ben who was really knowledgeable and let us look around at our leisure. Very helpful with ideas and samples and ordered some that weren’t available to take away, they have arrived and are lovely! Hoping to measure up & receive a quote over the next few days.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received in the showroom. Jayda was especially attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

This company puts customer service first which is what makes it peerless. The staff are knowledgable without being pushy. The Harrogate showroom is beautiful and curated in such a way that it inspires your project. The choice is not overwhelming and whilst there are options, it makes choosing tiles a joy rather than a chore.

I recently visited the Bury St. Edmunds showroom and came away very impressed. A lovely building, air-conditioned (very much appreciated on the hottest day of the year!) with well presented tiles, and above all, outstanding customer service. Cheryl spent well over an hour helping me select tiles for multiple rooms and even provided suggestions for colour schemes to match the tiles. After many hours looking online (at many retailers) actually visiting the Quorn Stone showroom was extremely useful and enabled me to make selections in rooms that I had been unsure about. A prompt follow-up email went through my selections (saving me from taking notes whilst I was there) and provided links to additional information that I had enquired about. Easily the best service I have encountered with a tile retailer. Quorn Stone left a very positive impression. Highly recommended.

This was our second visit to quornstone bury st Edmund’s, Anya was great and very informative with the questions we asked. Relaxed atmosphere and refreshments offered which is unique these days!
This will be our second purchase with them after kitting out our kitchen. Stunning tiles and very hard to find a product quite like them elsewhere! Highly recommend!

Another super experience from Quornstone Winchester, this time with Dominika. She was incredibly helpful, stood back when she saw we needed time to discuss ideas but then came forward at the right moment with some great practical ideas & helpful advice. I would thoroughly recommend both the company & Dominika. And Cameron who helped us previously with another project.

We visited the showroom and met Simona who was able to answer all of our questions, providing samples to us and going above and beyond finding a large sample for us to see.

I am not located near any of the show rooms so was dependant on tile samples for my bathroom project. Josie was most helpful in providing images and following up with all I needed to get the correct order in place. I would use this company again based on the excellent customer experience and the products.

I ordered a cobble sample and a paving sample of the Dijon tumbled limestone. I also discussed with the sales team that I didn't want limestone that went yellow in the rain or was golden in colour. At the time of order I understood slight variations may occur. However when the stone arrived it was a completely different colour to the samples sent. I contacted the sales team who wouldn't acknowledge this huge discrepancy despite the photos I sent. They said I could return them at a cost of £250 to me plus 15% re stocking fee (approx £350). They then stopped replying to my emails. I had no choice but to keep the tiles.

We then went on to fitting them. I had bought the FL tiles that had a layout template on the website. Anyway, this didn't match up with the tiles sent and when we contacted them they just said the template wasn't meant to be followed and we should essentially just free style it. However with lengths so similar in size (700mm, 800mm, 900mm) I explained you can't just free style it or some will line up and that won't work, they said to just try different layouts (with 40kg tiles??!?). So we had to pay an extra days rate to our builder to cut bits of wood to the lengths of the tiles and try some different layouts to find one that worked. Again, no acknowledgement of the fact their website said the layout would work and now it didn't!

So overall a very pool experience, where I have tiles that look nothing like what I wanted, a template layout that doesn't work and very pool unhelpful customer service. I genuinely am so surprised by all the 5 star reviews.

The Dacebook algorithm keeps sending me adverts from them about ordering samples so you know what you're getting - well I warn you, this is not the case!! I have been looking for another option of tile and they keep coming up first in my search engine, and I almost get excited until I remember the tiles I get would look nothing like the pictures anyway.

I would not buy from them again purely based off the fact I can't trust what I am getting and they have awful customer service.

I rarely leave bad reviews but this was so disappointing at a cost of £2000+ on a huge garden project that I have spent my mum's inheritance on after her passing last year and I'm just so sad it's going to be ruined by these tiles.

The service I received from Josie was excellent. She assisted me promptly and kept me informed throughout the whole process through to delivery.

From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all of our enquiries with patience and professionalism.
