My experience purchasing a 3 piece suit and shirt from My Suit Tailor was excellent!! The suit and shirt fabric are excellent quality. They are both as advertised on the company's website. The customer service experience was excellent as well! I have corresponded via email with their customer service department, and I have been pleasantly surprised by the care and attention to detail that the company takes to the experience. They were prompt to respond to my inquiries, and very helpful! I highly recommend them!

Verry happy with the suit, fit, and service!!!

Good communication via email/chat. Always responded within 24 hours. I had a little trouble inputing my measurements on the website and it took multiple attempts. The YouTube videos were helpful with measurements. The suit I received was excellent. Great fit and fabric. I will shorten the sleeve length by 0.5 inch on my next suit. This is my new source for suits. The value can't be beat. It took about a month for the suit to arrive so plan ahead but worth the wait.

Outstanding customer care and concern. I have ordered several suits over the past few months. I am on a weight loss journey and Alex K. Has made the necessary adjustments for a great fit. Reasonably priced and outstanding care from Alex!

The suit I ordered fits perfectly and looks great! I am very pleased with my purchase!
The only reason I am giving this review four stars is because I think the website could use a little improvement. I wanted to order a three piece suit, but was not able to add the vest to my order when I placed it. However, I sent an email to the company and they fixed the order same day - Customer service was great!
The only other issue was that the actual color of the suit was quite darker than the color in the picture on the website (I ordered the brown herringbone tweed). This is not a deal-breaker for me though, since I like the actual color of the suit better than the color shown on the website.
Overall, I would 100% order with My Suit Tailor again.

I was very impressed with the final product. I was immediately complimented on the suit and it looks and feels significantly more expensive than it was.

How did I proceed:

I have been wearing tailored shirts for years.
Unfortunately, my weight fluctuates very much.

I took the measurements of three different shirts.
From one shirt, the sleeves were very nice. Then the other shirt was top in terms of length and so on.

The best of three!

The result is very good !
One sent a very nice and quality shirt.

I am possibly going to make minor adjustments for my second order.
But, notwithstanding, the fitting is TOP

Selection was good. Communication was good, as well. Quality of fabric and fit of jacket are absolutely fantastic. However, the pants are too tight in the waist and seat. If we can get this resolved, I'll give 5 stars

When the suit came in it looked great! The fit was almost perfect. The pants were a little long but I’ve never measured myself for a suit before and an easy fix. I would definitely start with My Suit Tailor first when I’m looking for my next suit.

Alex and his team are excellent. They understand the men's fashion very well. They would advise if there is anything wrong with the styling. The quality of the fabric is top notch. I have owned more than 10 suits from them and will continue to buy suits from them.

My suit tailors took the time to make sure my measurements were correct, suggested changes and were able to produce the best fitting suit I may have ever owned. I will be using them again. Highly recommend if you’re committed to having a perfect fitting suit.

The shirt is great, however in the future I will ask for slightly longer sleeves, and cuffs with a larger circumference. Those tend to be problem areas on OTR shirts, and I measured them a bit too small. Those are likely the result for my measurements and judgement, and fairly standard for any online made-to-measure garment ordering experience.

The suit is of very high quality and fits like a glove. The suit is for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
The customer service was very attentive. There was a small mix up with the vest for the suit, but it was handled well and quickly. I definitely recommend purchasing a suit. 5/5

A new suit of the correct color was sent to me for a discounted price. The customer service was professional and the policy is fair since it is a custom-made non refundable suit.

Their system works. The end product is a well tailored suit made of quality fabric that fits remarkably well. There is a pleasing variety to choose from.

They bungled up my order the first time by making it from a different color fabric than what I chose, but compensated for it by replacing it with a new suit crafted to perfection. They could benefit from paying more attention to their customers' requests.

I just received my first jacket from mysuittailor.com and I must say, I’m very impressed. I discovered mysuittailor.com through the Dadbud channel. When I ordered my jacket, the team reached out and asked for pictures which was different.

It took about 3weeks for the jacket to arrive, and I must say, I was totally impressed. I’ve used many made to measure suit websites but it looks like I’ll work more with this brand, mostly because of the fit and the fabric. I’m not sure yet if I’ll make an adjustment to the jacket to be a little more snug, it’s good right now, but I’ll wait to see if I get any suggestions to make it a little snug.

My only issue with mysuittailor.com is there’s no way to save your measurements on the site, I’m not sure if this means inputting your measurement every time you make an order or having to contact them when you place a new order. Also, they don’t update your order on their website until it’s ready to ship. Most other websites give periodic updates like “sewing”, etc.

I love the packaging and the presentation - came with a travel bag. For the price, this is a steal. Going to order more in a bit.

Followed none of my instructions and was told I had to take it to a tailor. They cover $50 but I would be paying an extra $100 minimum to fix the suit. Highly recommend any other brand.

Edit after seeing reply: I did not receive an email regarding measurements, it was the opposite actually. I sent an email out with updated measurements stating that the ones I had placed on the order were likely outdated. I provided measurements + graphics for suit jacket, shirts, and pants only to be told “thank you, however we will use original measurements. I had also asked before placing an order if functional cuffs were possible on the suit and was told yes; the suit came with faux (non-functional) cuffs. Originally I was told that a remake wasn’t possible and that I absolutely had to go to a tailor myself (tailors can not let out fabric that isn’t there. The thighs on my suit were insanely tight), it was only when I left a 1 star review that I was told I could pay 50% of the suit’s value for a replacement. The suit is not fitting because my follow up email (sent before order had started production) regarding measurements was ignored; not only that but requests such as functioning cuffs were also ignored (despite being told it was doable). I was also told in an email that the prerequisite for getting a remake on my suit was to purchase another one.

If you want to buy a quality suit, keep in mind that MST only offers half-canvas construction at the $500+ price point whereas other companies such as SuitSupply/Spier&Mackay offer it at the $300-400 price range. S&M Trousers with side adjusters are also vastly superior in terms of quality compared to the cheap ones provided by MST. S&M also frequently has sales and even has their own custom suits for similar prices if you wanted specific changes to be made.

My suit fits perfectly. I'm happy with the product and will definitely make another purchase soon.
