This is a great online suit ordering experience. Including sending photos, modification suggestions, body type, after Alex's constant communication, I got three suits that fit very well. Satisfied with the production, I added three more trousers. The fit made me full of confidence. Now, I still have three suits and two jackets, which are under production. The only fly in the ointment is that my suit tailor Garment bag is not attached.

This was by far the best online purchase experience I’ve had. Live in an area where not a lot of suit tailors are around, so gave my suit tailor a shot and will never use anything different. They reached back when I took horrible measurements on my own and narrowed it down to a perfect fit. Alex was awesome, made recommendations because I made horrible choices. Communication was awesome. The suit itself was great. Will continue to use for any suit I need in the future. Awesome concept and excellent company!

Suit was too small and I would never order a suit from them again

Very mixed experience. Quality is OK, nothing fancy. Ordered 1 suit, pants fit perfect, jacket needed adjustments. Agree to buying a second suit along with the remake. When the second order arrives, the second suit fits perfect, but the replacement jacket for the original order is still massively big. I don't understand how they supposedly fixed it, but it fits nothing like the second suit. Only solution was to have it altered locally. So paid for two suits, ended up with 2 perfect pants and 1 perfect jacket.

Quick and fast customer service, and a very well fitting suit. Only gripe I have was that some of the colors shown on the site do not match what they look like in person.

I was not happy with the shirt I got. The sleeves were a bit baggy and long, the cuffs were also long and I was not happy with the fit. but Alex contacted me and suggested changes in the size based on the pictures I sent. His customer service is remarkable and I recommend it as he cares that you are satisfied with your purchase. Give it a try.

Recently I ordered 2 shirts online and my shirts arrived around 3 weeks. The shirts were fitting tight around the arms. Once contacted, Alex took no time to replace two new shirts and the fitting was awesome. The material and craftsmanship are excellent. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and I'll order more stuff for my wardrobe.

I have dealt with MTM places thru out the years and even $$ ones from Europe so far they have come short when it comes to fitting which is very important. From fitting apps to pictures etc they prove to be troublesome when you don't have that "jump out of GQ physique". So far MySuitTailor comes the closest in getting that perfect fit for me, all at the first shot! Alex and his team are truly impressive you just can't beat experience!
