My first time ordering from my tactical promo the Great sale on the darkclaw knives and shoulder bags was a price I couldn't pass up. Everything I ordered was great definitely Did not disappoint But unfortunately there was a issue with the free mystery boxes that came with the bags and I also didn't receive the other mystery boxes I ordered however they have been phenomenal with communication with me about it and going the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of very professional. A+++ customer service

The team there has went above and beyond to ensure that the product has came. The majority of the item I've purchased has been really great,good quality product. The only bad thing I can really add is the mystery box deal has not worked out very well. I've gotten a extremely small folding pliers,a fold up little circle knife/tool thing and a very generic little flashlight. They look like something you would find on temu.. overall satisfied with purchased items but not the mystery box deal.

They suck,almost 2 months and haven't received my real order,got the outdoor mystery boxes,what an insult,2 small useless things is all they were,called customer service and they told me that's what a mystery boxes,something small thrown in.

Horrible service they claim I did a dispute in August 2024. I asked if they could please send me a record of the dispute let me see what the dispute is if the product was shipped and I received it I’ll gladly pay for it. they told me no we will send you any records they just don’t want to do business with me anymore when I was trying to give them $250 worth of business. I still stand behind my offer that if they can proof I received product I will gladly pay for it. I don’t recommend anyone buying anything from them. I feel they’re a scam

My experience with the rep that I spoke with was very positive. She was very helpful and patient and also gave me some suggestions that was helpful. Also like a lot of there merchandise that I have seen on there website.

Melissa was exceptional and we had a great talk about what it meens to be an AMERICAN.

Do not believe what they advertise.Do not told mystery boxes with paper when handling that mystery boxes.. Instead, I get one package with 2 items in the package.That's it , and they're both pieces of shit and knives , and I wouldn't pay two dollars for it at a flea market that are just gonna get thrown away , do not buy from these people , they will scam , you , they will promise that you'll get something that you wont... and wat u do get ain't worth 5% of wat u paid.. bithe gives i got are super cheaply built with not even a heavy duty plastic.. and one of the nives don't even have a lok on it for the blade.. the other one is so dam big and heavy.. u gotta titan ur belt to put it kn ur poket.. thats if ur pocket is big nuff.. frikn redik

I've gotten a lot of different things from my tactical promos and any time I've had some kind of problem they've helped immediately with whatever the problem was without basically accusing me of lying or making something up like most places do and I really appreciate that.

I've been waiting almost 2 weeks now for my orders and they say that they don't know why it hasn't shipped yet and asked if I wanted a refund. No I don't want refund I want my orders and I was hoping to get them before Christmas but I got an email informing me that that ain't gonna happen unfortunately. Idk what is up. I've ordered a few times in past and had no issues at all. Great shipping response time, excellent customer service, polite all around great company but I'm bummed out about this time. I ordered the 5 item mystery box and the Night vision binoculars spent like $200+ and still hasn't shipped...

I have received all items ordered in duplicate! Once I was able to connect with Customer support, they agreed to send what part of my order they had, then send the rest later. It arrived a week or so later and everything was there. A few days later, I received a duplicate of my order! So it took a long time but the company made good on the order.

I ordered several items from Tacticaladay on 10/24/25. The money was promptly paid by my credit card and all I have received so far is multiple daily emails and text messages. If only the shipping department worked as hard as the marketing department! I inquired about my items on 11/28/25 and was told the trauma kits were backordered. Nothing else has been shipped as of 12/20/25 and I get no responses to my emails. They are selling merchandise they do not have apparently. It seems the website and support email are no longer functional so I can't even get a response at this point.

Customer service is quick to answer with assistance.

It was a prompt response to my inquiry as to when I would be receiving my order. I was hoping before Christmas. Your response was professional and honest.

Very responsive anything I needed or had questions about literally within 30 min of emailing they got back to me their products are as good as they advertise I have not been disaapointed at all just a good company doing the right things

Sent the sling bag and no mystery box, instead there was a $3.55 flashlight when I questioned why they refunded $9.28 instead of just sending the mystery box, one of the reasons I ordered was partially because of the supposed $158 multi item mystery box

So far quick and good customer service
