Well it's useless..don't waste your time..the calls drop all the time very poor quality line, always breaking up.
Buy from another provider..this will drive you crazy!

Phone quality got much better after Martin made some adjustments

mytell is quite easy to you. The plan rates are very good and once you get to know how to drive it. The Quality of call is very good. I was with Skype for about 6 yrs maybe more. But alot of people were dumped,when it changed to Teams. A friend told me of this app. I'm very happy carry on the good work. Thank you.

Great difficulty in registering favourite numbers - I press "save changes" and nothing happens.

Some people complain they can get a pure sound on the other end a baffle sound so they told me.

I am not great with online biz and had glitches getting started, but I am very pleased with Martin supporting me and explaining.

My suggestions are just to make it clearer for online dummies - but also give times of how long the free call is ( I got cut off at a vital point) and length of time for calls.

They couldn't hear me.

Then I tried using the 131 number not the number given for calling from OS. Then it was great.
All calls before this were great.

My Tello is a great inexpensive international call platform. I regularly call Australia and South Africa using it. Martin Bauer was very helpful when I needed to top up my credit.

I've been using MyTello for over a year now and I'm very satisfied with their service and glad I found this possibility to make phone calls from anywhere on the planet to just about anywhere. I use the web site (instead of the local numbers) and so far it works very well. I'm glad to have found a way to circumvent the extortion roaming rates of the cell companies.

Many times when I call Egypt, the call connects and the timer starts, but the person on the other end never actually receives the call

Overall value for money. Just shows you how incumbent TelCo’s fleece people on long distance calls. Quality is sometimes fluctuating but OK. Keypad tones worked for me nicely, a feat that other providers struggle with.

Although the sound quality occasionally becomes distorted or cuts out depending on the country or time zone, it remains within an acceptable range, and overall it is comparable to a regular landline, allowing us to use it effectively for company business. Most importantly, the greatest advantage is that all receipts and invoices required for company billing can be easily downloaded as PDFs, which has been extremely helpful.
