The worst

The worst, we booked via the website for an urgent flight, then we paid. later they sent us an Email that we can't afford the price as it's been changed!! This is after they took the money. Their Email & Phone is not responding; it seems fake.
But the good thing is that they've refunded the amount.

Very poor experience.
Mytickets received my refund from the airline (confirmed in writing by Flynas, including card digits), yet they have withheld my money for 25 days with no valid explanation. Customer service is unresponsive and unprofessional. I strongly advise avoiding this company due to refund issues and lack of transparency.

Payment deducted but no ticket received

I booked a flight through this platform and the payment was successfully deducted from my bank account. However, I did not receive any ticket or confirmation email after the payment.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that my order was not completed and that the payment had not been made, which is incorrect. The amount was already debited from my account.

UPDATE #6 – These scammers at MyTickets.ae are destroying lives with their fraud

It is January 2, 2026. I submitted my date-change request on November 25, 2025. That is OVER 38 DAYS AGO. Since then, I have endured endless chasing, countless phone calls, and the same insulting excuse repeated like a broken record: “waiting for the airline.”

Let’s be clear: waiting for over a month on a simple date-change request is indefensible. This is not airline policy. This is not complexity. This is a complete operational collapse — or deliberate stalling.

My travel is in TWO DAYS (January 4) and I am still stuck in total uncertainty. I cannot finalize connecting flights, cannot confirm work leave, cannot organize family logistics, and cannot plan anything at all because MyTickets.ae has failed at the most basic responsibility of a travel agent: executing an approved change. Ticket prices are increasing by the hour while this company does absolutely nothing.

What makes this unforgivable is that this date change was already approved by Royal Jordanian in writing. All documents were submitted. All conditions were met. There was nothing left to “review.” And yet, here we are — more than a month later — with zero result.

Customer service interactions are consistently hostile, dismissive, and evasive. Calls are cut. Escalation is refused. Managers are unreachable. Promised updates never arrive. Everything about this experience signals one thing: once they have your money, you are on your own.

Based on my experience, this company operates by delaying customers into exhaustion, hoping they eventually abandon their rights. That is not customer service — that is systematic obstruction.

This is no longer a request. This is a final demand:
Resolve this TODAY.

If this is not resolved today, I will:
• File formal complaints with UAE Consumer Protection
• Escalate publicly with full documentation
• Initiate legal action based on negligence, failure to provide contracted services, and demonstrable financial and emotional harm

Every email, every call, every request number is documented.

You have wasted enough of my time.
You have caused enough damage.
Fix this now.

The status stays as “payment confirmed, ticket processing” for a long time.

Customer support does not answer calls, chat, or emails.
This is unacceptable, especially for flight tickets where timing is critical.

I booked a flight on MyTickets.ae (Booking Ref: [Your Reference Number]) and the experience has been a nightmare. Their website promises ticket issuance within 24 hours, but after waiting and calling 3 times, I was told I had to pay an "additional fare difference" just to get the ticket I had already paid for.

Even after paying the extra amount, no ticket was issued. When I called to follow up, the customer service representative intentionally hung up the call while I was speaking. They are now ignoring my calls and holding my money without providing any service. This is completely unacceptable business practice.

Mytickets.ae is the worst online ticketing system

This website is the worst i used for the last 25 years of booking tickets. They have big hidden charges.
They charged nearly US$170 extra on the top of the ticket price.
Their customer services are a joke. based in Austria but I think the calling center is in Ukrain. They have one answer. “You saw the price on the screen and you agreed to pay it.” that was a lie. They asked me to provide an evidence of the price I claim.
It was easy to show them the tax invoice they produced to me. Only then they start saying there are a "system commission".
The lady who answers my 4 phone calls, is the same lady. she was laughing while she accusing me that it is my fault, and i need to admit it. She was talking to me like she was talking to her husband in a fight. LOL.
Dont trust them, they are a scam.

Why did your system charge USD 1,689 when the original ticket price shown to me was USD 1,481 (equivalent to AED 5,439)?
This difference occurred before my bank converted anything into Australian dollars.
This is a discrepancy on your side—not a bank exchange rate issue, not a bank fee, and not any external factor.
To summarize:
• Displayed ticket price: AED 5,439 (≈ USD 1,481)
• Amount your system charged: USD 1,689
• Difference caused by your system: USD 208
• Bank fees and bank exchange rates: irrelevant to this specific discrepancy
