This is a scam site. They were masquerading as Ticketmaster. They sold tickets to MGH Fenway in Boston that were fake. My credit card company investigated and refunded my money.

Terrible experience. Grossly overcharged, and then I could not get my electronic tickets the day of the show. I ended up having to purchase tickets at the venue.

Maureen was fantastic and had so much patience with me. I had a hard time as my ticket master password was no longer valid. She was absolutely wonderful in helping me with changing the password and and guiding me to get it on my cell phone(of which I am a novice on all the technology! Five stars for Maureen!

Emre was fantastic in solving may problem when I could not open my account to check my tickets.He made sure I was able to access my account and check my ticket status. Kudos for exceptional service!!!

TOTAL SCAM. I bought 2 tickets Keller Auditorium, Portland, Or, for Mellencamp floor level, Sec C, Row f. I paid $176.00 per ticket and $122.59 in SERVICE FEES. When they sent me my tickets, they were for 2nd level BALCONY!!! Ticket value $49.00 w/ $25.00 service fee. They “bait and switched” me $148.00 in tickets for $474.59. NO ONE PAYS ALMOST $500 FOR 2ND LEVEL BALCONY FOR MELLENCAMP!!!!

My Ticket Tracker is a scam masqerading as the NYC Ballet website. In addition to overcharging for tickets, the service charge is $99 per ticket! BEWARE!!!

I PURCHASED TICKETS VIA PAYPAL ON 6/9/22 FOR RINGO STARR IN Atlantic City ON 9/24/22. I NEVER RECIEVED MY TICKET.AND HAD TO PURCHASE TICKETS THE DAY BEFORE FROM A DIFFERENT VENDOR. PAYPAL CREDIT HAD GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND AFTER SEVERAL DISPUTES, PAYPAY CREDIT DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONABILY FOR MERCHANDICE NOT RECIEVED. DO NOT BY ANTYHING USING PAYPAL OR MYTICKETTACKER.

Wish I could give them a negative 100 stars!!!!!!!!! Just got totally scammed for Nutcracker Ballet tickets by these criminals !!! I am totally crushed - got an email saying "get tickets before they are gone" a few weeks ago not ever imagining something like this could happen. Didn't see the confirmation but around the holidays and chaos usually occurs with daily and weekly activity holiday activity at a million miles Oper hour. Today morning off event I kept looking for email confirmation - couldn't find it. Checked CC statement and sure enough there was the charge. Called the 866 number of CC bill and got bogus voice recording and opted for receiving a call back. Then called Carolina Ballet box office directly and they said they had no record of our last name with any tickets and they also only sell through Ticketmaster. Then "cust. service person" calls back and says that the reason my tickets are not in my email is because I misspelled my email address when I checked out - totally FRAUDULENT because it that were true my tickets could not have been sent to an incorrect address that did not exsist. I am STUNNED AND DISGUSTED - just wanted to take my children to a xmas tradition and now its ruined this year. Thanks a lot thieves!!!! What a bad taste you left with us!!!! You need to be put out of business and prosecuted.

They charged me $62 for tickets that cost $26. Plus $45 in fees. I called and they said all sales are final. The email confirmation said I’d receive tickets the day before the event. Reading previous reviews I see that the tickets won’t be real. They are scammers! I’m trying to dispute the charges with PayPal. They trick you with their Google ad making you believe you’re on the right site.

Planned a surprise Birthday weekend for my friend and others at Foxwoods and supposedly bought 5 tickets to see the Beach Boys with insurance!! Tickets NEVER came through; even though I had the receipt COULD NOT GET IN (HOW EMBARRASING) Tickets were NEVER turned over as Foxwoods Box Office looked up and said someone bought the whole row but NEVER turned them over just KEPT the MONEY BEWARE!! THANKS A BUNCH RUINED MY FRIENDS BIRTHDAY and KEPT MY $1448.00

This company is a SCAM. Website for "Ticketsqueseze" mimicked the official theatre website. Purchased tickets last night. AFTER purchase they sent this email that states "Not Tickets" and that my tickets would be sent the day before the event. No WAY. Saw reviews stating that tickets didn't arrive - company took position that they had sent them - that's what I call a scam.

Sent an email to now "MyTicketTracker" and said your business is a scam. I want to know your business location and what state are you licensed in. No Response as of this morning.

Got an email telling me that I am not a "scam" and that my info checked out - What? I called the number they gave on the email Yusufhan Y, Priority Client Support (833)3834887. Spoke to "Emre" and told him that I do not trust them and believe a SCAM has been perpetrated. He started saying to trust him and I that the tickets are a 100% real - OK. He started stating company policy that if I did not receive my tickets I would receive full refund plus 50% in addition. I told him to email me the policy. The email was joke. I told him that is not a policy. He just wrote an email stating what he had just said. I told him this is not a policy. Referred to "list" to have manage call me back.

Canceled the charge through PayPal - the money had not been sent yet. PayPal has issued paypal protection on my account. Talked to Paypal and they are making a request of the company for the "goods" to be delivered. The company has 7 days to respond. I asked Paypal to block this vendor because they processed the payment as an "automatic payment".
After 7 days I will be checking in with Paypal as to the company's response and proceeeding with a claim.

Paypal will be reviewing the company and due to their actions will block them from using paypal.

The costs was over $600 - I am sick over this.

Mytickettracker also ticketsales.co And several others. This ticket reseller is a total scam. Purchased tickets are NOT transferred. The website is meant to look like the actual site such as Ticketmaster.

Total scam - do not buy from cityticketsonline or mytickettracker. No event tickets were sent

I feel compelled to write here after my experience. It is actually a legit company who called me back and sent the tickets to be added to my wallet the day before. I was so worried after seeing these "scam" reviews. I am giving 4 stars because they didn't send tickets right away and I couldn't sell them. Good luck. It worked out for me.

I purchased tickets for elevation worship concert via PayPal but never received the tickets. They also tried issuing a recurring monthly fee for $185. Why? I have no idea! I was unsuccessful with contacting the company with only a few days until the concert. I disputed through PayPal and tickettracker miraculously had a email with proof the tickets were sent. I never got the email AND I'm out $185! I will NEVER purchase through my ticket tracker again.
