Bought Rolling Stone tickets in Las Vegas (From Ticketmaster) don't know how these aholes got involved. One week prior to concert told me they were moving me to better seats which were not. I said "No" they then said well your eats are no longer available (I bought them on pre sale) And said I would get a refund. NEVER USE THIS POS COMPANY

I bought tickets to the Cowboys game on Thanksgiving Day. I received an email that tickets were transferred, when I called to ask about my tickets I did not get any useful information. Now when I call the answering service says that they are experiencing high volume of calls. What a bunch of crooks!

All the other 1 star review are accurate. This is basically a scam site/company. Unfortunately my wife purchased some tickets a lot higher priced than they should have been. Of course there is a no refund policy. I try to download the tickets on the day of the event and it doesn't work. You can never reach someone when you call the phone number and the emails are answered in the most standard fashion possible. Sticking to their no refund policy.

This company is a scam. I never received my tickets to Harry Styles concert today.
They sent a sham delivery, with no access.
They do not respond to customer services.
Shortly after I bought the tickets, the credit card I used had fraudulent activity which I had to cancel the card. This has never happened with my American Express card.

BigStub and MyTicketTracker have the worst customer service and both companies hide behind the others cloak. Both entities should be shut down.

If you can avoid using either company, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I paid $1,138.00 for a concert in Savannah Ga. The concert was cancelled due to covid restrictions. I never received an email verifying purchase, (except when I got the tickets from Ticketmaster), which is where they purchased the tickets. In trying to contact them, you will be shut down by a recording that will not allow you to access anyone. They ask for a number that they are supposed to send in an email?? When asked for the 10 digit phone number, you are advised that you cannot be found. Impossible to get to anyone to resolve.!!

This company needs to be shut down. Purchased tickets- got an email to download into my phone and it was nothing by a purchase receipt. Went to the venue and told the confirmation was no good. Apparently, other people had the same frustrating issue that evening. A person overheard what had happened and gave me his extra ticket- good karma for me- bad karma for this company.

Total scam, do not EVER buy anything from them. Paypal refuses to refund money as they don't stand by their buyer protection and they reward this scam company.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company do not ever do business with them they will cheat steal rob and smile the whole time. Purchased tickets to jimmy buffet concert at the wrong venue. Realized what I did and immediately tried to get a refund for the tickets. Called and called and called and of course nothing but a voice recording each time. I sent multiple emails over and over again. Nothing until now. Over a month and of course the concert is passed which I did purchase tickets for the correct venue and it has been changed to a video concert that you watch on television. I did buy these tickets also right after I made the mistake. Anyways the company has told me the same song and dance like everyone else no refund no exceptions. Honest human mistake looking at wrong venue immediately tried to get in touch with customer support to change the venue and here I am $1000 out pissed away. Rich man gets richer. This company is the worst. No one should ever do anything with them

Ordered Kiss tickets August of 2019 got the email to transfer tickets and transferred them to my Ticketmaster account. Was so excited to be going to there last concert and have always wanted to see them. Well the concert was postponed because of Covid. Tickettracker sent me an email stating my event was postponed but my tickets would still be good. I thought I would be all set. 2021 rolls around to there new date and I go to check my tickets and there gone. Five days before the concert and my tickets disappeared off my dashboard. I was frantically making phone calls to figure out what happened and of course no one was picking up. I used there live chat but when I would put in my order number I was told it doesn’t exist. Finally I found an email that didn’t require me to put my order number in and sent them the screenshot of my receipt. They still responded with that order number don’t exist. So I messaged them with a screenshot of my credit card charge from them and my order receipt and told them if something doesn’t happen that I will be going to small claims to get my money back. Finally got ahold of someone at Ticketmaster and they told me they refunded my money to tickettracker April of 2020. Tickettracker never even notified me and they also never refunded me my money. These guys are shady and crooks. I wasted hours of my life on the phone and countless emails but I am happy I’m finally getting my money back and found out how shady these people are. I will never deal with them again.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER. Does anyone have the email address or phone number to this Michael Vaccaro mentioned in one of the reviews? I cant find it. I'm out $500 for Lauren Daigle tickets. Cannot get anyone to answer the phones, emails. You are on hold for 45 minutes and then put into a que for a callback that NEVER happens.

This is a scam -- be very wary. Bought tickets through Ticketfaster.com for Hamilton -- the company sent me emails confirming the tickets "are ready and have been transferred, look for an email" -- but I never got the tickets. Called 5x waiting for up to 45 min, no one picks up. This is a scam -- do not buy!!

Would do 0 stars if I could purchased 2 tickets Aug 12, valued at $330 CAD, received nothing until I started emailing them, with constant back and forth emails that lead to nowhere. Their phone numbers dont work you'll just be on hold forever.

Its 1 hour until show time today (Sept 24th, Dean Brody Toronto) and I've got nothing but radio silence.

My mistake for not googling the company before purchase. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM PLEASE

I received an e-mail from My Ticket Tracker today (09/24/21) that my tickets for the Eagles tickets in Phoenix couldn't be delivered in time for the concert tonight. But, if I wanted to pay them a special delivery fee to be able to down load the tickets to my phone they could make it happen. The funny thing is, we already had received our tickets from Ticket Master awhile ago. Talk about a bunch of crooks.

I bought tickets in 2019 to a concert in 2020. But was postponed due to Covid. I was told because it was postponed I couldn't get a refund, now the concert is next Friday (oct) 1. I still don't have tickets & can't get ahold of anyone! I'm just sick over this, I'm 65 & never been treated like this.

I give these people ***NO STARS***Please do not go through here to purchase tickets. I went to the venue and to my surprise there were no tickets under my name. I was scammed nearly 6000.00 and I have a disappointed child. My faith in people has gone out the door and I should have known better when the woman didn't speak English. These people should be kicked out of the country.

Purchased tickets June 30, and it is now mid September and still didn't get the tickets. NO confirmation email or ANY proof of purchase besides the bill on my credit card statement. They also charged me over $100 in service fees. Lost over $400 and have nothing to show. Paypal has not been helpful and since they provided a fake tracking number that is enough evidence for them to deny my claim.

$700 BOTTLEROCK TICKET had an issue when I tried to register the wristband. I had tickets for over a year to Bottlerock - the event was rescheduled due to COVID etc. I bought from them merely to save on "taxes." I spent almost $700 and got the ticket immediately way before they sold out. Trouble getting thru on hold over 60 minutes- wasn't able to get thru and received tickets 2 day prior event so no time to resolve - I went to the event to have them register my wristband on site. Bottlerock wouldn't allow me into the event- they said my wristband was already registered to someone else! Bottlerock said they don't honor tickets from 3rd parties. Trying to get my money back and they originally said I need to prove I was refused entry when Bottlerock is over and done for another year. I sent screenshot that they couldn't be registered and of my wristband and they wanted more verification- who knows who I spoke to at an event with 300,000 people and Bottlerock is in Texas and no email contact for this sort of thing. Letter writing campaign here I come? I researched the issuing ticket company online and found all entity emails and sent my query and screenshot to all of them and they responded and emailed me back and deposited a complete refund.

I disputed this transaction with my credit card company and will note that this has been resolved. On my credit card transactions, I showed the name as noservicefees of SOUTH WINDSOR, CT, 060740000

I Ordered concert tickets online for
James Taylor tickets in Portland Oregon, Concert October 2021.
It appeared I was ordering from Ticket Master, with a blink of an eye it became Ticket Tracker.
I filed several complaints with Palpal, because I have no tickets.
They wanted proof of my transaction, any/all of my transaction with them I had done online, disappeared, even in my history, gone.
I got nothing to show for my $600.00.
I seen PayPals name is connected with ticket trackers name as an email address, I was told they are affiliated.
They Got my money
I got no tickets, no refund.

Paid $494 for VIP access/seats at DTE. Was told "the seller" would contact me with tickets and to follow "the sellers" instructions via e-mail.

Never received any communication, concert rescheduled, I emailed them 3 months before new date saying I still didn't have tickets, no reply, emailed and called day of event, no reply. The only tracking provided says that "the transfer was completed."

I gave up after reading the other reviews on here. Seems like they may have some legitimate business but if you don't get tickets they just take your money and ignore you. Just buy tickets from a venue or real merchant.
