Ordered on Saturday received on Sunday at low price
Ordered on Saturday after being let down by our usual supplier on Friday. There was someone available on the website to chat to, and they confirmed an overnight DPD delivery. Arrived on Sunday for £5 extra - saved at least a lost day on site = £100s!
Not saying that's their usual business but I was very impressed. Their prices were not inflated either, inline with trade normal prices, if not a bit cheaper, even without an account.
