It appears that this is a reviews website in the UK. We have found that they have published some negative reviews of our company so we wanted to contact them to have right of reply, and option to put our point of view. There is no way o contacting them at all, there is no e-mail address, no social media, no phone number. They have hidden their company details on their domain and are not a company listed at companies house. This has meant that people can leave incorrect and simply wrong reviews which cannot be challenged. Having spoken to the data commissioners office and ofcom today the belief is that they are acting in an underhand manner, which later this year will be illegal. Treat with caution.
