The worst business on the internet. 3 weeks after my order, still no tyres arrived. No communication from mytyres. Tracking doesn't work. Cancelled the order via a chatbot as you can't communicate with a human employee of the business. I'm still waiting for a refund. I've had to report to my bank. Please AVOID at all costs.

Use only if desperate. Told me I hadn’t paid and they were cancelling my desperately needed tyres so paid again. Eventually ( after 8 days - delivered) Tracking in complicated technical German. then great difficulty getting second payment back. IMPOSSIBLE to contact. All you get by phone is a bot who goes around in circles. Any e-mail from them is a no- reply address. PayPal brilliant and forced them to repay.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING COMPANY STAY AWAY
4 weeks later we are still waiting for tyres. Cannot get hold of anyone only a sunny AI chat machine which is totally useless

This company appears to be a total deceit and a scam. Please do not waste your time ordering anything from them. The gave me delivery time to be 2 - 4 working days and I ordered two tyres on a Saturday that I needed on or before the following Saturday. After placing my order, they sent me an email to say that the estimated delivery time was in two weeks (in 10 working days). I called and chatted their useless AI on WhatsApp on more than 20 occasions to cancel my order and to request a refund. Till date, I have not been able to speak to any human staff of the company to confirm the cancellation and to get my refund. They will mislead you into buying their so-called cheap tyres, but it is not worth the trouble you face afterwards. Please stay away from this company even if they offer you any tyre for a pound.

Had the tyre I needed said was in stock, ordered and next day order was passed to warehouse then a message saying they are busy and will take a few days longer. A week later get an email saying it’s despatched and will take another ten days to deliver. Car off the road for 3 weeks. Wish I had read the reviews and just gone with someone else! Still waiting for delivery!! Avoid

Discussing service. Bought tyres online -1-3 days of delivery. After 3 days find out that will take 10-14 days. Claimed for refund, saying they done it -but I didn't get my money back yet for over week. Impossible to get to the live agent if you want to talk about issues , but not a problem if you say want to buy, live agent then available straight forward .Looks as FRAUD company, as owns my money without service provided for 2 weeks. Failing to proceed refund in over 10 days now.

Ordered 4 tyres with an advertised 2-day delivery, but after waiting weeks only 2 tyres arrived. I eventually had to cancel the remaining 2 due to the excessive delay.

I was then informed they couldn’t charge my card for the revised amount and was asked to make payment manually. I did so immediately and provided proof of payment as requested. Despite this, my card was charged again for the same amount a few days later.

The issue is still ongoing, with claims that I never provided proof of payment and very slow responses from customer service. As things stand, I have been charged twice and effectively been robbed.

Ordered one tyre, didnt arrived for a month, and then they cancelled the order. Still waiting for a refund. TAKING LEGAL ACTION. AVOID!!

I ordered twice from them always paid with PayPal.
First order arrived in about 2 weeks with dpd .
Second ordered Monday and received Saturday with royal mail.
I believe the tyres are coming from Germany that's way is taking so long.

If I could give minus stars I would. STAY AWAY. Firstly sent the complete wrong tyre. Then returned that and got sent the right tyre but already communicated not to send it. Then got another tyre of the same. Organised a return for the two tyres which never turned up. And now sorting another collection despite them not looking at previous correspondence for addresses. Horrendous and embarrassing. STAY CLEAR. Dutch or German bank details. Absolut e shi t.

Wished i'd looked at these review before i placed my order. Delivery promised within a few days, then called my local tyre fitter where i have arranged for them to be sent and they knew nothing about it. so tried numerous times to track or get an order status and the website just comes up with a big red X saying not recognised, then tried to phone them! What a nightmare! AI bot called Alloy who apparently says you can tell stories to! but simply CANNOT understand the 8 digit number and asks you to repeat it at least 3 or 4 times and then tells me its not recognised! Then try asking for to speak to a human, you quickly discover that there aren't actually ANY humans to speak to...as it then recommends to go online and use their whatsapp or webchat service... ooh ok. another bot... called Tread this time... who at least gave me an update on my order (2 weeks instead of 2-4 days!) we'll wait and see if they fulfill. If you can be bothered with this hassle then continue and order....and if you need to follow up use the online chat and dont phone! Very dissapointed with the overall experience on the whole.

Ordered full set of 4 wheels-tyres+rimms . Had them on about 10 months when noticed tyres started get perished/cracks.. after long emails and evidence share mytyres.co.uk decided they can give me voucher to buy new tyres. Unfortunately to get voucher first i have send faulty tyres back to them for inspection 🤣 that mean i wont be able to use my car.. absolutely joke service. Never again will buy anything off them and you better think 10 times before you do just in case you get problems with items bought from this site. No happy

Ordered 2 tyres only received 1 was supposed to be delivered 2 to 5 working days received the 1 tyre 13 days later.
Tried to contact this company and speak to someone was impossible so be warned if you order from this company and something goes wrong be ready for texting a robot to asked the same question umpteen times with long spells imbetween each message with no answers, or you could ringvthe number provided and speak to a robot called alloy. I know were moving into a world of A I but this is ridiculous.

First payment wouldn't go through but was unable to verify with them as no payment had been made so was unable to confirm the order, so placed a second order, this payment went through straight away. Then i get two confirmations and the payment is taken for two tryes. Well ok I think at least I will have a spare should I need it.

Except when will I receive it as its now several days past the due arrival date and I needed the tyre for an MOT, the tracking number supplied doesn't work, and you cannot get through to a person to talk about the issues, nor is there a contact e-mail to get any information.
Ordered the tyes on the 11th of may its now the 28th and no sign or information as to when they will appear.

NEVER AGAIN!

4 weeks later and tyres still not here. No phone number. No email communications

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I tried to cancel an order. They sent me a form asking for my bank IBAN and SIC code to arrange a refund but their website wouldn’t accept them (deliberately I suspect). There is no other way of contacting them so I am unable to get a refund for goods that I have not had.

After ordering and then reading reviews this left me a little worried so I ordered two more tyres off another well known supplier..... However I can only write about my experience.... Blow out on Monday night circa 7pm major a road - ordered tyre's that evening.... These were delivered Friday morning! Yes from Germany but order complete within the time frame stated.... So it might be pot luck - but I can not fault

Bought two tyres from this company, one turned up a week late on top of being an already extensive delivery scale, the other one never did on account of "getting lost". Obfuscated my delivery details, made it impossible to find out with any certainty where anything was, and of course, the only "customer service" is handled by an AI. Go literally anywhere else

Tyres are cheap and so is the service. Fitting centres that don’t want to work with them as they don’t pay well and quick enough. Don’t bother ringing them unless you want to speak with “Alloy” the AI robot who has trouble typing?!!! Not saying avoid (like some) but look around and maybe go with a local firm with real customer service eh!

2 orders, (56934930 / 56934931).
Original was placed on the 4th if May with an estimated delivery date of 15th of May.
Tried to contact them, there is no to speak to a human, chat is "Tread", and AI Agent which can only seem to give you an order status, so tried calling only to meet "Alloy", the other ridiculous AI agent who get's stuck in the same loop. The updated I kept getting was that My order was with DPD (and ref number provided). When checking on DPD, they're response was they had not yet received the package from MyTyres for delivery.
21st of May, requested cancellation, let's see if get my money back. All of this could've been avoided had I been able to speak to a human being. Although I am not sure what they've had said, because according the website, these tires were in stock.
