Avoid!

Ordered tyres to be delivered ( not fitted) they take the money then forecast a 2 week delivery. No opportunity to speak to anyone human, all ‘Bot’ and binary. Eventually cancelled order with email stating refund ‘the next day’ …. A week later with no response to any of my requests, still no refund. Avoid for the few quid cheaper they appear to be, go with any of the bigger UK players, with their regular offers, rather than this outfit

Sadly we made the mistake of buying…

Sadly we made the mistake of buying from these people, received the front tyre for my motorbike and we are still waiting for the rear. Expected delivery was 9th April and here we are 27th April and still nothing. For some strange reason the tyre started off in the UK and ended up abroad and it’s still sitting there somewhere, we live in the UK 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve had to buy a rear somewhere else and it was received in 3 days and had them fitted. Now waiting for my credit card payment to be reversed. will not be recommending them to anyone!

UPDATE: Have checked today 9th May and it says the tyre has been delivered…,,, to an address in France!! 😂

The order process was easy however

The order process was easy and taken your money however, when there's a problem that's when it get complicated and it shouldn't be. I ordered a rear tyre for my motorcycle, it's been 10 working days and still no tyre. When you want to speak to someone, yes they give you a phone number but it's operated by AI. After getting zero help from that I placed the phone down, then went onto the web helpline, which eventually I got a refund for the lack of delivery. "Mr Tyre" may I suggest human intervention regarding your customer service department. Again, typing everything to get the outcome you require, is just so frustrating, I would rather speak to someone directly, then all this reliance on software. I have not got my order as of the date of this feedback and will have to cancel the tyre fitting place yet again. Mr Tyre advertised 2-3 days delivery, I would not bet on it. So my final note.... May I suggest you scan the internet first, before even placing an order with "Mr Tyre" it may seem great with the prices however, if you can not speak to anyone including customer services what's the point.

Absolutely useless, lie about stock levels

Tyres were "limited stock", not out of stock. order passed to warehouse then didnt hear anything for days. Once I chased it up they told me they are out of stock, while still listing they have them online

The service is very poor

The service is very poor, I order a tyre 3 weeks ago and still not delivered. To top this off DPD have got the parcel but my tyres has not put a house number on the parcel so DPD will not deliver the tyre even though I have proved its my order, they tell me to contact my tyres!! However called my tyres answered by A.I bot and they cant help they say they cant pass you to a human advisor! Need to use live chat: tried this another A.I bott again cant help so cant get this issue resolved just keep going round in circles, shocking customer service, I have also emailed again no reply from my tyres would never use again and would definitely not recommend using them so frustrating and no communication from them

Awful service

Awful service, horrendous at any correspondence.
Ordered 4 tyres for my sons race car, supposedly in stock, 2 arrived 10 days later - just chucked over our gate.
The other 2...Well 14 days after the first 2 arrived im.still waiting. Ive rang, sent email, done a contact form, no response. I eventually had a half hearted conversation on whattsapp with an apparent 'human'. Conversation was useless. Ive decided to take a refund, which will take 3-4 business days. God help them if I dont receive it during that period.
Absolutely awful service, stay well clear if you want your tyres to arrive, in one batch and on time.....because it definitely wont happen!!!!

Paid for 4 tyres fully fitted - SCAM…

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid for 4 tyres fully fitted but when I arrived at the tyre fitter I was advised that they did not have a contract with mytyres so I would have to pay fitting. They commented that I was not the first to be caught out. They also mentioned that they did have a contract with blackcircles for fitting. When I tried to contact mytyres I couldn’t speak to anyone bar a chatbot who kept telling me that a human agent would be with me “within 5 minutes”. That never happened. I waited 30 minutes on each chat only to have to give up. WhatsApp was the same. If you call the AI operator tells you there isn’t anyone available. Useless.

I ordered 2 tyres which were in stock…

I ordered 2 tyres which were in stock and paid for them. no communication after one week at all. so I chased up on the most dreadful AI bot. was told order cancelled as out of stock. Cannot speak to a human at all to complain. I have now lost the sale of my caravan because of the very poor service. I have ordered in the past and got great advice from humans but now its gone auto AI its not for me. Will never use MyTyres again.

I ordered 4 track tyres on Friday 10th…

I ordered 4 track tyres on Friday 10th April, they were delivered on Monday 20th. All correct and new stock. I knew the delivery time would be quite a while. They were delivered by DPD, their app listed the details in English, all the info was correct and delivery was on the day they said. The price was £66 vs £85 ea. I know many have had bad experiences, maybe it's luck but mine was good...

4 weeks and waiting

One size was out of stock but couldn't tell me when would be in if I didn't order. gave me a delivery date Cancelled my order twice and told me I could not amend it. Delivered 2 tyres, still waiting on other 2 tyres.
ordered a month before MOT, Car will now be off road as a result. Unable to speak to a human just AI and Bot in Chat. Can't email as emails from their noreply email.Would appreciate a call and a concrete delivery date at least.

Long delays…

Advertised as delivery in 2- 4 working days but that kept being put back due to supply issue but they continued to offer them for sale with the same timescale. They did eventually arrive after several weeks but even then were just left on the roadside outside the wrong house, and could so easily have been stolen. i won't use them again.

If you want to lose your sanity order from this lot -
Their AI chat bot is useless
Their delivery tracker is in German
They took almost one month to deliver my tyres but their poor communication means you have no idea if you will ever receive them.

Their website misrepresents delivery…

Their website misrepresents delivery times. The delivery time from point of order to having my tyres was 18days. Website implies speedy service. Tyres spent a week in customs. If you need tyres quickly buy from elsewhere. If you need tyres to hold and time isnt of the essence its a fairly priced service

Sent me a damaged tyre ripped side…

Sent me ac damaged tyre ripped side wall was suppose to be a brand new Michelin PS4S, looked like it had previously been fitted.
Èmailed them over 1 week ago asking for refund and for them to collect, non communicative, going to have to claim £250 back with my credit card company
BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Really bad company.

I am updating this because they have said the original order is cancelled and I have been refunded. Read below. No refund received. They now say the order will be 7th of May. I just want my money back.
I ordered tyres on the 9th of April and they are arriving on the 27th April. I went onto the help line and they said it was because I ordered them at the end of the week. Thursday is not the end of the week! No apology offered in any way or shape, just excuses. Roland, from the help line, was completely dismissive about any complaint I had, verging on extremely rude!
I was told 5-8 working days and it will be 13. So a bad company, who refused to take responsibility for its delay, gave a rude after sales service with no sense of value for being a client.
It wasn’t even the cheapest! Look around before using and I recommend that you avoid them if you can.
I hope they all get lots of punctures from pot holes. They deserve them!

It’s the 16th of April and I still haven’t received a refund. Avoid this company
