Honestly this is probably the worst…
Honestly this is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with, there site says "FAST FREE DELIVERY" It was neither fast or free, its been over 2 weeks and I have still not received my tyres. And there messaging service is horrendous, they can't give you a firm answer regarding anything.
I was charged for delivery and am still waiting for a refund
I would not recommend anyone to use this firm.
I never normally leave negative reviews, I always try to be constructive but in this instance I'm left with no choice as there isn't anything good to say about them, I wish I read the reviews before buying from them.

Genuinely an awful company. Do not use. I ordered four tyres. They delivered two tyres. I try emailing, WhatsApp, message, call, and it's all some AI bot. Keeps repeating itself. And can not appear to get a refund. There must be humans because I got two tyres but can not speak the humans. It's awful. They are just ignoring me and I have to have the tyres by a certain date and it's now been a week.
Update:
Now two weeks on from ordering on 12 May and still do not have half my order. Dozens of emails and still getting made-up excuses that it will be delivered by 3 June but zero attempt to give any tracking number.

Promise to deliver in 2 to 4 days it’s nearly a month still no tires no chance to contacting anyone from customer support only AI when I’ve contacted via AI chat I’ve been told that they will contact my mother and she will deal with the issue absolutely rubbish

I have been unable to get any further information about the status of my order. I have tried both by contacting your “friendly” bot and by so called live chat. Both methods have proved utterly useless.
I have not received my tyres for which I have already paid. In the absence of any information from you I have to assume that either a) you are unable to supply or b) are in financial difficulties and on the way to bankruptcy.
In either case (a) or (b) I claim the right to demand for the immediate restitution of all monies that I have paid to you.

Vague business practices
Placed an order online. No coms from vendor for over a week. Chased up and encountered:
-Dead answerphone.
-Limited quality response chatbot.
-Zero response to emails.
-Zero response to Whatsapp until repeatedly requesting cancellation.
-24hr response to their cancellation form request (relatively instant when threatening to take away the order).
-Vague shipping confirmations with no evidence of tracking from the courier.
Checked in on Trustpilot reviews to check for scams, and seems they do operate, but hedge on customers waiting months on end so that they can win the business with low prices.
'Fast Delivery' means over 3 weeks!
Have used Mytyres in the past and they were OK but have since used Camskill. However on a set of 4 Conti SC7 mytyres were a significant amount cheaper. Their website promises 'fast delivery' and this is in bold text, however I ordered on 29/4 and their estimate is 21/5. One tyre arrived on 12/5 but now there is no tracking info available, just the 21/5 estimate. This really is not an acceptable way to do business and if I'd seen the Trustpilot rating I'd have used someone else. Don't make the mistake I did if you need tyres urgently (as most buyers do).
Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service! Only received 2 of the 4 tyres ordered, tried to call them and got some sort of automated chat bot making strange typing noises, went around and around with that. Tried email, no joy, tried the whatsapp, again automated chat, tried my best but kept on saying they were in transit with DPD and giving me a tracking number. Tracking number stated parcel info handed to DPD but not received. So delivery date come and gone, 2 tyres delivered and 2 God knows where! Can't speak to a human, chat bot doesn't understand, company doesn't care!
Company is in Germany not uk based at all.
Don't know where to go from here other than to get my credit card company involved
Only recommendation i can give this company is that you use someone else, stay well clear.
Tyres took 15 days to turn up and they ignored my messages
Tyres showed as delivered in 2-5 days from order, so I ordered them. Delivery tracking number was created 6 days later. 15 days after ordering the tyres turned up, with the tracking showing the parcel being shipped only after I sent a cancellation request for my order. I sent the company two messages asking about the delay and then for a cancellation, and they never responded to either of them. A complete false economy of a website, with completely inaccurate estimated delivery times. I would not have ordered if I’d known how long it would take. Very unhappy.

Great price for a hard-to-find tyre – just plan for European shipping times.
I was struggling to find an exact factory-spec, BMW Star-Marked tyre (Maxxis Premitra HP6) locally without paying main dealer prices. MyTyres had exactly what I needed for nearly half the price.
I went in knowing the tyre was coming from mainland Europe, so I expected a slightly longer delivery time. I ordered on April 21st and it arrived on May 8th. The communication was actually very good. I was kept informed from the warehouse dispatch right up to it hitting UK customs. There was a natural gap in tracking updates while it crossed the border, which is totally understandable with current freight and customs delays.
The tyre arrived exactly as described, brand new and correct to the letter. If you are in an emergency and need a tyre tomorrow, you might need to shop locally. But if you want to save a lot of money and can afford to wait a couple of weeks, my experience with MyTyres was really good. I would definitely use them again.
Terrible customer service, half my tyres still missing.
Website provided misleading delivery date of 2 to 5 working days. Its been 15 working days and only 2 or the 4 tyres have arrived. No idea if or when the remaining tyres will arrive. Both tyres are over 1 year old which is unacceptable. It seems impossible to actually speak to anyone in customer services, they don't respond to emails, and effectively, I am now left with seeking to ask my credit card provider to step in and provide assistance. Its a disgusting service from a terrible provider and entirely misleading. I would suggest any potential customer avoid this company at all costs in the future.

What went wrong? Everything! Ordered tyres and payment taken.. then things went wrong! Following day got invoice and then DPD tracking number.. looking good. Four tyres were needed urgently so watched tracking with parcel leaving depot in Germany and then head south.. odd but presumably to an airport..then nothing. Genuinely thought I had been scammed by fake internet company. One month later still nothing.. chased on line nil response.. started to report issue to my bank.. so cancelled order in an attempt for my bank to recover my funds.. had cancellation notice and thus ordered four tyres from a different supplier which arrived the next day! Three days after cancelling arrive home to find four tyres sitting on my lawn! Wtf! Contacted Mytyres who now stated they won”t refund due to my tyres now being delivered! Now got four tyres that I don’t want so have to go through the rigmarole of contacting courier to collect and return! Mytyres stated that upon arrival at their depot they will return my funds.. 5 days after I received notification that they had been returned and acknowledged receipt still haven’t been repaid! Large sum of money out of pocket! So annoyed and so gutted! Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere! They are not uk based so don’t fall for that trap!

If this company carries on as is they won't last long, payment failure, can't take payment! call centre is a joke AI nonsense that can't even understand you! and if ask for human none ever available!! Don't get me wrong I've used them before no problem but now can't even pay for your items! how can you survive if unable to sell? Which is a big shame as free postage and competitive prices.

The order almost a month
The order almost a month, no delivery status, this is not the main issue, I tried to contact but no reply. They keep the stupid AI to talk to me but never had a way out or even the AI cannot find my order.

Avoid this company ! Tyres are listed as in stock giving confidence to order but then absolutely zero contact from the seller ,fortunately I ordered paying with Paypal so eventually got a refund ,but this still took almost a month and meant that we had to use the vehicle with the emergency spare .
Shocking Experience – Misleading Information and Zero Accountability
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed my order on 22 April, and since then I’ve been given completely contradictory information. First I was told the order was “in transit,” then later I was told it had been “lost.” I was even informed that an email had been sent to me regarding a replacement or refund — which I never received.
For over 10 days, there was no clear communication, no proper updates, and no real attempt to resolve the issue. Every response felt generic and inconsistent, with no one taking responsibility or providing a clear answer.
Even worse, the tracking system continued to show misleading updates, suggesting the parcel was moving, when in reality it had not even been handed over to the courier.
In the end, the order was cancelled without proper notice, and the refund was processed without any clear explanation.
This level of disorganisation, lack of transparency, and poor communication is unacceptable. Customers are left completely in the dark while being given inaccurate information.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they are prepared to deal with confusion, delays, and a complete lack of accountability.
Horrible if the order goes wrong
Most of the time, this company is OK. It works. The tyres are delivered.
But, when something goes wrong, the customer service is so completely aweful and difficult. I cancelled an order because it was two weeks late and I had no response to my contact form. They said they refunded me the money. Then they delivered the tyre. The refund didn't happen.
I'm still struggling to get they to collect the tyre and give me a refund.
I suggest avoiding this company unless and until they sort our their admit.

I have been waiting for over 5 weeks for 4 tyres. The DPD consignment has only recently been shown as we have your order but not the products yet.
Customer service is not existent - the number is a supposed AI bot, but is actually just a recording - and then a loop of someone tapping at keys on a computer. Taking the P*SS.
Go somewhere else as none of the tyres are in the UK, they must be growing the rubber per typer per order!
