I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering , waited 2 weeks to receive an emails stating order had been cancelled. I was told I would receive a refund but they actually just opened up another order.
It's impossible to speak to human being, all customer service is AI

Black Hole !

Ordered on 22Mar - 2nd Apr no tyres and an order cancellation (no reason given) only for a new order with a different number to be created -- still waiting. AI chatbot useless and annoying. Prices very good IF YOU ACTUALLY EVER GET ANYTHING !

Simply avoid

Simply avoid, they don't communicate, you cannot reach them, their AI bot is clearly planned to be obstructive and deliberately not respond. Have requested refund that wont happen I'm sure

If it was possible to give this company minus stars I would!
28 days later, no tyres!
I have had to buy tyres elsewhere as I needed them for Mot. I have tried to contact them by phone, email, and their automated service..,absolutely nothing!
I cannot recommend this company to my worst enemy!

My Tyres, Tyre Gurus...same company......stay away

I would zero stars if it were possible

So I ordered 2 tyres on March 1st. I heard nothing from whatsoever. On the 8th March the funds reappeared in my bank account. I naturally assumed that they had cancelled the order so I purchased tyres from elsewhere.

On the 10th March I received a dispatch notification. 3 hours on hold via the phone and when it was my turn they picked up the phone and put it straight down again. I finally managed to contact them by completing a form, cancelling the order. I received confirmation that the order was cancelled. So you'd thing that's the end of the matter but no!!! On the 14th March they recharged my card for the sum £208.88, 4 days after they confirmed that the order was cancelled. On the 18th March the unwanted tyres were delivered and left in my front porch. I contacted DPD by they refused to collect them unless I paid. On the 25th March I received an email stating that the tyres would be collected on the 27th and that once I send them proof of collection, I would receive a refund, they basically want me to take time off of work and wait for collection. I emailed back stating that I'm self employed and that I would be willing to wait at home if they agree to pay for my time, after all it's not my fault that a cancelled order was dispatched. I heard nothing. On the day of the collection DPD turned up, took the tyres, didn't leave proof of collection, so I sent them CCTV footage as proof, still no response. To date, 29 days after the initial order, 19 days after the cancellation of the order I am still waiting for a refund. As I paid via PayPal I have opened a case against them

I believe MyTyres acted in bad faith to…

I believe MyTyres acted in bad faith to obtain the order.

The AI assistant confirmed that the tires were not in stock despite the website claiming they were in stock at the time of purchase, they later said that the AI was not to be trusted so not sure why they have it as the 1st line of their customer service.

I take issue with the website having fast delivery on the front and 5 to 8 working days in the small text on secondary pages.

AVOID- Terrible service

Ordered 11 days ago and got zero updates. Customer service was a joke—an AI bot giving wrong info, then over an hour on hold trying to reach a human. Only after waiting until Monday on WhatsApp did I find out my order hadn’t been delivered due to “logistical issues”, and now a new order was created that will take another 5–7 days. Completely unacceptable. I have cancelled this order and won’t use them again.

'In stock' tyres are actually in Germany.

After confirming delivery my order was cancelled two weeks later without explanation.

Won’t be buying from here again

Last time I will use this company. Ordered on 18/03 and still waiting 10 days later. This is not acceptable in this day and age. I ordered from Asda Tyres and it was dispatched next day and arrived the day after that. This is how it should be.

I’d rather pay a bit more and get it delivered faster than paying cheap but waiting well over a week for it.

Avoid that company like fire

Avoid that company like fire. No customer service. No updates. No word of explanation on my order delays. And then you're confronted with a stupid AI assistant to solve anything. Appaling!!!! Order made on 28/02, still nothing on 26/03. Never ever have I been treated this way by any company before

I've use them in the past, should have learnt

I've use them in the past, had problems in the past, such as being invoices twice and selling the 2nd invoice to a debt collector when I refused to pay. But they are still usually the cheapest and I'm cheap. No delivery dates are ever given. Delivery takes an awful long time.

However, this time i have a car sat with old tyres that need replacing. I really need this car running, due to van needing work. Only update I received is that their hub had the tyres now. But this morning, the order was cancelled. Reason was " for other reasons". Last time I use this shoddy company. You get better service from Temu.

Ordered 1 tyre, it has arrived(Eventually)

Ordered 1 tyre, it has eventually arrived, no complaints with the tyre.

The order was very slow, they cancelled it once and issued a new order number. It has come from Germany. It wasn't the cheapest place I could get the tyre, but I thought, my tyres was a UK company similar to Black Circles. Probably wouldn't use again.

AI customer service agents

If you want to contact them, forget it. They will not allow you to speak to a human, instead it's an AI system. A webchat function gives you hope that someone will contact you in "five minutes". I've been waiting over 3 months now, the longest 5 minutes in history.

Go somewhere else. I've used them before but never again following an error with the order. They sent 8 tyres instead of 4.

The price was decent but service…

The price was decent but service terrible. Promised delivery was 2-4 working days, it took 12 days for the tyres to turn up. Only two were correct, the other two not the right brand or size. Impossible to contact them. Telephone takes you to a bot that doesnt work. Emails they don't respond to.

Poor communication, major delays

First they state you must have paid to secure your tyres, then they made clear that the money will come out later on even though card details were entered into the website. The 5-8 days delivery seems to be extended by the delay in taking payment. From the point of order I had to cancel 12 days (9 working days) later as I was going away on a road trip. Can't call, just an AI chat bot. They have limited online chat only, which you have to fight to get to a human. They did not get back to my emails or chasers. The only thing they did promptly was cancel my order. They must be used to doing that.

Ordered four tyres on 12th March, after MUCH chasing they say they will be delivered on 1st April, despite claiming on their website that "The normal delivery time for an existing order is 5 to 8 working days. Over 90% of our orders are delivered within 5 working days."

Customer service is an AI on the end of a telephone and a chatbot on their website, neither of which give any access to a human operator.

Utterly abysmal.

do not use

ordered a tyre online, they said the tyre was in stock and would be shipped within 2 days. 3 days later heard nothing. after 7 days they tell be the order has been processed, Day 10 they say that the order has been sent to the warehouse. later that day i get a email saying that it has been cancelled.When contacting the company you meet the AI bot which may be great at taking orders but doesn't know how to process a refund, no human advisors are available.

Update

THE WRONG TYRES WERE FINALLY COLLECTED AND REFUND PROMISED. THOUGHT ALL WAS FINISHED THEN TWO MORE WRONG SIZE TYRES DELIVERED ON SUNDAY. YOU COULDN'T MAKE IT UP!!!

If I could I would give no stars. The customer service is abysmal. It is impossible to speak to anybody. I have emailed, phoned (gave up after holding on for 25 mins). Everything is dealt with by an AI bot. Use this company at your peril!!!
