Non-Existent Customer Service (Seriously)
When I first joined my company I received the "Get Started" email to enroll. The link was dead-on-arrival, and the pw reset doesn't work. I tried calling them at about 3pm Eastern, during their stated business hours. Selected the appropriate choice, and was told via automated message that no one was available. Called back and selected the sales line, figuring that might get me to a human. Nope. Instead went some dude's voicemail. They also don't appear to answer emails.
I wouldn't wish this company upon my employees, and now as I read below about the crazy fees charged (much worse than past 401ks), I'm wondering where that money goes.
Aside from the mere existence of a webpage, I have no confirmation that this is an actual company.

Thank you, here’s your fee
Distribution fee is absurd, considering there were two periods of “participation fees” that were incorrect charged to my account.
Find other options before strapping your employees with them.

Overautomated
Customer service is bound by over automation and over reliance on automated systems. When it comes to my money I would prefer customer service in India, rather than over-reliance on automation. My preference is humans, in America, who are empowered to make decisions and take action. Ubiquity lacks this.

We are extremely pleased with the service from Ubiquity Retirement.
VJ Chanco made our onboarding experience painless, and he was very prompt in responding to inquiries after the orientation.
Robby Forsythe was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us on choosing the right products for our needs.
We experience the same level of attentiveness from other members of the customer service team.
Best Saver Success Specialist ever!!!!
Recently emailed the "info" address due to problems with my account. Rosie Teves, the Saver Success Specialist, promptly responded to my email and quickly had me back in my account. Feeling grateful for Rosie!
Easy to Use + Great Value
As a small, high end services firm we placed a priority on upgrading our SIMPLE-IRA retirement offering to a 401K. After a year+ of meetings and quotes with salespeople from brick-and-mortar financial service providers, we were frustrated by the process and confused about true costs. Tony's team at Ubiquity has setting up a 401K down to a science. We love the Vanguard fund selection as an excellent value for our team; employer costs are clearly stated; the web interface is easy to use; and support is easily had. Highly recommended.
Very Responsive!
We needed some information on some former employee's who were participants in our 401K plan and Doug Guler was very responsive to our request. He also followed up with us to be sure that we received everything that we needed and were satisfied.

I worked with Amanda Cameron on some issues that I was having with our 401K. She was helpful by walking me through every step and didn't rush to get off the phone. She offered much guidance and support and explained details about the 401K thoroughly! I would highly recommend working with her in the future. Great patience and customer service! She g

Easy and Seamless
I am brand new to Ubiquity and had no idea where to start. VJ Chanco, my implementation specialist, walked me through everything. He updated my initial information and then had a log in session to show me exactly what I needed to do on a regular basis and a few extras. I would highly recommend Ubiquity for your retirement plan implementation.
Outrageous fees
This service charges participants an outrageous $5 per month to manage their 401k administration. This is on top of institutional management fees. And if you separate from your company that uses Ubiquity, the fees continue. If you decide you no longer wish to use Ubiquity and withdraw your money, they charge you a $95 processing fee for the privilege. Not customer-friendly. The user interface is merely OK and reporting is weak.

Ubiquity has excellent customer service, Amanda Cameron goes over and beyond to assist her clients. She has made my experience with Ubiquity a top-notch experience, that is why I have given her 5 stars. Thank you, others could learn from her. I was actually transferred to her, but I'm happy they did. She took ownership and got what I needed done.

Easy to Use Interface + Great Customer Support!
I placed a distribution request for a 401(k) with an ex-employer. Rosie Teves, the associate on the phone, was friendly and knowledgable. She guided me through the whole withdrawal process and followed-up promptly over email when needed!

Rosie is an example of Ubiquity excellence!
I thought what was going to be an extremely stressful call became such a pleasant experience that I was literally inshock. Having to withdraw my 401k which sounded terrifying, but Ubiquity's intuitive dashboards and Rosie, extremely helpful rep made everything so much better.
She was literally a breath of fresh air. As a former HR admin and now incoming HR employee, I'll be sure to always recommend Ubiquity due to Rosie's outstanding customer service and compassion.
401k transfer of old accounts back in 2013
I have had great support from ubiquity and above all Samantha Merrill went out of way to provide me with relevant information about my 401K which was transferred out to trowe price. The support and conversation with Samantha over the phone and emails made me feel me delighted about ubiquity’s great customer service and support. Samantha went out of way to keep me informed of everything she could find from my account. I m delighted to know her and I think that this should be inculcated in other members of your team and eventually becoming a culture of commitment, support, trust and care, which equates to the best possible service.Thank you Samantha!!!!! stay connected.
