My son in the US wanted a very specific Puffle pillow. He’s only been able to find this in the UK. Outside of the Trumpet’s ridiculous tariffs costing $150 in shipping, this was a wonderful and easy process to add a special item to an autistic kiddo’s prized collection.

I am extremely disappointed with the…
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution regarding my recent shipments.
This is now the second serious issue I have experienced with your company. Previously, my items arrived bent due to improper handling, and no meaningful resolution was provided. Now, I am still waiting for a response regarding a package that was shipped to the wrong address.
The continued lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. At this point, I have lost confidence in your service and will be utilizing another courier moving forward.
I expect a prompt update on the misdelivered package and a clear plan for resolution.
