I ended up having to pay about $100 to have something shipped that was in a small envelope, less than 0.5 lbs. I was incredibly shocked at the price to ship once orb was received by UK mailbox and fell stuck at that point. Please offer some lower shipping options. Not worth the price.

Very fast and efficient

This company offers Royal Mail as a shipping option, which I much prefer to other carriers. I had a question and the answer was prompt and helpful.

I felt a little apprehensive but the service made me a believer. I had my package in the states in 1 week from placing the order. It was seamless and I found the website to be very helpful in easing my worries as you could see every movement of the package from a pic when it arrived to when it left. My worries were from negative reviews but this was just not my experience. I was confident enough in service to use for a second package. Cost is very high. Typical shipment is around $25 and service cost around $67 but you are paying for expedited shipping and customs so it is inline with true shipping costs.

Everything that I ordered was carefully and well packed. As a result, they arrived completely intact. (I ordered an apron and small serving tray from St. Martin-in-the-Fields Church’s Crypt Gift Shop, and a Paddington Bear cup that I had purchased on eBay UK). In addition, the shipping cost was relatively reasonable (considering the enormous tariffs that are in place). Finally, the package (with all three items) arrived in a timely manner.

I had a seamless experience. Timely shipment and delivery. Great customer service experience, specially with package identification. Would love to recommend to others.

Easy to use and lightning fast shipping

I've been using MyUkMailbox for several years now and my parcels have always arrived quickly and safely in Australia.
The people at MyUKMailbox are quick to answer any email queries I may have and always action shipment requests promptly. They have in the past been invaluable to me in helping me find ways to pick up my auction lots, and get them
packed appropriately. I always try to use the DHL delivery option offered as in my opinion the delivery drivers, traceability and service here is excellent.
This parcel was no different, the service was exceptional. I was notified within hours of the parcel arriving at the MyUKMailbox warehouse, and a photo of the sealed parcel was made available with shipment options already worked out for me to choose from. It left the UK on Monday and was delivered on the following Friday afternoon in perfect condition right into my hands.
I should be clear that postage via DHL etc isn't super cheap. But the people at MyUKMailbox have always been in my experience reliable, trustworthy and very helpful, and that's what I need. I will gladly use the service anytime as needed.
