Too long time
Too long time, with almost no notifications. Tok me almost 8-9 month to get ein-number. Ask about help on email, but was very bad customer service, People doesnt know how to handle different issues. Got same answer multippel time, cause their system just send out the information. I feel very bad and no satisfied with their service.

We are not able to connect support team…
We are not able to connect support team on chat and not able to connect even through call, it so happens that so many time i tried calling but no one is responding or else they will pick and cut the call. They can work on this to connect with the clients talk to them and help them to understand things better as they are mostly new to this business.
