A handful of good products but expensive delivery
A handful of good products (mainly the flavadrops in vanilla and toffee, as well as some of the vitamins) but delivery costs are far too high and the product lines have reduced dramatically. Their loyalty scheme is also pretty rubbish.

Promised to deliver the next day which…
Promised to deliver the next day which came and went then sent an update saying it was delayed but no reason. 3 days later after I chased up a note was sent saying the courier had damaged the protein and it was being returned. That was 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund of over £80 awful service. As a previous regular customer I won’t be using you again every experience with THG now seems to be severely lacking

Their delivery is bad and their…
Their delivery is bad and their customer service even worse.
I was meant to receive the item yesterday, I asked for it to be delivered on a different day and got confirmation. A little later I got an email that the order was delivered and the photo of a rubbish bin!
When I complained, the company asked me to check in my rubbish for the parcel and refused refund until they find out which rubbish bin is in the photo.
This happened a few times now and I have decided never to buy from them again although I was using them regularly.
