I requested a quote via My Windscreen. A vendor contracted me shortly, provided a quote, ordered the window, and came to my place to have my vehicle's rear window replaced the next morning. The service I received is efficient, professional, and at a reasonable price.

Great, first time experience
The website mywindscreen.co.uk is a comparison site that allows independent installers to quote for jobs. For my location I was advised there were 8 potential local installers but only 2 responded with prices. Unfortunately one was unable to do the job on the day requested but the other, L & L Windscreens, was available. Both quoted prices were lower than I expected, especially the one who did the job. Jazz at L & L Windscreens was very professional, polite and I was very happy with his communications, keeping me updated so I knew when to expect him. The weather was against us unfortunately but Jazz came up with a solution to get the job done promptly. As mentioned the price was really good, not too much more than my insurance excess, so I didn't bother to claim from my policy.
I'd certainly recommend mywindscreen.co.uk as they can help you find competitively priced repairs from trustworthy independent installers. I'd especially recommend L & L Windscreens who I really could not fault.
