The engineer, Darren arrived in the alloted time slot. He was very professional and firendly and sorted out our problem with the extractor fan with no problem. Very good service from this company.

I was more than happy with the service…
I was more than happy with the service provided. Greg arrived much earlier than expected which was ideal for me on the day. He listen carefully as I explained the problem. He knew straight away what that problem was. After that he got to work and the fridge freezer was fixed in less than 30 minutes. He tided up and was on to his next appointment. I would certainly use this company again and recommend them gladly. MS Thornton

Brilliant service! Came out the same day to look at my washing machine, James was really thorough to find out what was actually wrong with it as it was quite odd! Part ordered and fixed within the week! Great communication and no hidden fees unlike some companies.

The engineer came, assessed the problem and ordered the parts immediately. We got a call to say the parts had arrived a few days later and an appointment was booked for the next day. First class! Would definitely use NAC again.

I paid upfront for a fridge diagnosis
I paid upfront for a fridge diagnosis. They told me I needed a compressor and promised to send a price. A month later, I still haven’t received anything. They don’t answer calls, don’t follow up, and don’t seem interested in actually helping their customers. Completely unacceptable service. If negative stars were possible, they’d earn them.
