A great experience they were fast and…
A great experience they were fast and efficency and got our oven working. The whole process from first call to fix only took a week and most of that was waiting for parts.

Speedy response great service!…
I had a metal object making an awful noise in my washer dryer. When I called I was given a price and told who would be attending the same day and that they would call 30 minutes before arrival. I paid via a link on my phone. I then got a call 10 minutes later tfrom Darryn to say he would 10 minutes if that was ok. Darryn quickly removed the object, reinstalled the machine and was on his way. Speedy great service- would recommend- thank you

Tony, who came to look at my washing machine was very thorough in trying to find the reason for it overfilling. He ordered a new part for what he thought was the problem, but unfortunately it did not resolve the problem. He dismantled the whole machine to try to find the problem and concluded that it must be a fault in the programme board/switches. This would be expensive to put right so I decided that I will buy a new machine. I would recommend Tony for his thoroughness and would certainly contact him again for electrical repairs.

Very happy with the service provided
Very happy with the service provided, friendly engineer, clear communication and worked in good time on identifying the problem and then fixing. There was a big delay from initial visit to the repair with limited communication that could be improved going forward.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Dishwasher was not fixed properly by NAC’s service providers.
Contacted NAC and gave ample opportunity for this to be resolved between the provider and facilitator but instead was looped into an email chain where NAC and the service provider (Appliance Repair Service Ltd) discussed what I can only describe as ‘how to avoid helping to fix the machine’.
Would avoid and find a reputable local company to help to ensure a real fix and decent customer service

The engineer (self-employed, contracted to NAC) was very professional and polite. However, NAC overcharged for some parts when compared to genuine Samsung parts.
Overall, not too bad.

Service was very efficient
Service was very efficient, both in booking the appointment and having repair done. However I feel that the overall cost of service and parts of £150 to replace a thermostat in a cooker, highly excessive!
