It’s pretty disturbing to see positive feedback for them, because much of it appears questionable. I wouldn’t recommend using their platform at all. If you’ve been a victim, look into ways to recover your losses (finance reimbursement (com) is worth being aware of) and continue sharing your experience to help protect others.

My experience with nadexse.com has been extremely disappointing and concerning. After depositing funds and making trades, I attempted to withdraw my balance. At that point, the platform started requesting multiple additional and irrelevant fees that were never clearly explained beforehand.

Most concerning was their demand for an “advance tax” payment before allowing withdrawal. This tax was required to be paid upfront, separately, and directly to them, which is not how legitimate tax processes normally work. Even after questioning this, no clear legal documentation or official proof was provided.

Each time I tried to proceed with withdrawal, new fees were introduced, making it feel like an endless payment cycle with no actual access to my funds. Customer support ( senior analyst assistant Alani , Valerie , Raj Shahani and more agents )responses were vague and unhelpful, and withdrawal was never completed.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before depositing money on this platform. Please do thorough research and avoid sending additional payments in the hope of unlocking withdrawals.

Empty promises regarding my withdrawals. Topciphertrails got involved and changed the situation. I got a refund swiftly.

It's incredible this scam of company. I was telling this for years before and now everybody saw that this is the worst scam ever in the Forex industry. All the time the steal your money while you are generating dividents in the winning position. They simple stops your profits while the operation is still moving in profits. So, they steal all that money and your profits got stopped. This is so dishonest, untrusted and this company shouldn't be in the forex market.

Everything Nadex has designed is for their own profitable benefit. It's all literally a gamble from the 5min, 20min, to the knock-outs.
I have traded with them enough to know that they are the House, not the broker.
You are not trading with them; you are gambling with them.

This scam almost made me turn a lunatic.
I was lied to, manipulated, and pressured into depositing more money, only to have my account “restricted” when I tried to withdraw. I was in shock, but after some research, I found the name on my header, who assured me that my case wasn’t hopeless. They went after the scammers aggressively, and within a month, I got my entire investment back!

By far the worst thing I ever seen. This app it's absolutely horrible. Please stay away and keep your money. This company should be closed.

Don't trade here.. I lost alot of money trading here.. their binary level is next to impossible to pass in the timeframe expiration.. you will lose more money then u win.. you make 100 trade and maybe u only win 5 trade.. that's how bad it is... Stay away ...this company lost credibility to me when they was sold over to Crypto which is a shady company in my opinion ..

Good luck if you are trying to get customer support. They like to send you into hopeless loop and just wait for you to exhaust yourself asking for help. You may as well trade vanilla options with a real broker like Shwab. You will at least get customer service.

Horrible platform. Not easy to use. Better apps out there. Horrible customer service. No phone only email/chat.

Small fees per transaction that get you stuck with small amounts of crypto that when you close account, you end up losing your change.

They scammed me 1747$
I invested 1034$ and after I tried to withdraw they changed my wallet address

Trash, stay away if you want to make money. The way these people calculate price, they throw some mumbo jumbo on their website of how they calculate ticks. It's insane not worth it, don't waste you time. I would say legal scam at best.

I made 4 trades and tried to withdraw a partial of it. They say I had insider trading and froze account unless I pay a fine which is the exact amount of withdrawal.

You might think this company is good under regulation.

Nadex is a scam. They don't like to pay out. They make up rules not to give you a payout. And will block you and close your account if you make a fuss. Their account glitches and freezes right before expiry when you are winning. When the expiry is over the glitch stops, and miraculously the option expired against you, though the move is not reflected on the charts. Do use these crooks. And their customer service sucks. They hate to help you once they get you money in their bank.
